Excavating in trenches, in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete and like etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed concrete, holdfast and all other similar works including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing welded steel wire fabric, cut to length, fixed to steel members /reinforcement steel, weigh per Sqm not exceeding 4 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming 20mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:1.5:3) type B-1 (Nominal mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains fixed in position, in bottoms and walls of drains and all other similar works including use of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for colour admixture mixed RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Nominal mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with Integral Color Synthetic iron oxide pigments to produced desired colour as in precast cover slab fixed in position, tied between two concrete walls including use of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sika SCOFIELD Integral Color SG or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for applying colored LITHOCHROME Colorwax or equivalent Concrete Curing Compound over the concrete placement, to reduce surface cracks and color variations caused by uneven drying and efflorescence that commonly occurs in warm, windy, or dry environments complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work / RCC wall and finished surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hard core gauge not exceeding 63mm broken stone deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for rolled mild steel sections of Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A, as in post, runners, rafters, purlins steps etc (Beam, Tee, Angle, Channel or Flat sections) fixed with connecting plates including bending, welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors or gates; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Steel work in tubular shape in hand rails including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 including drilling holes on concrete walls, fixing with necessary fitting like angle cleats and connecting plates etc. which is to be attached with handrails with welding and filling the holes with micro concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel bars TMT 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for deformed or twisted mild steel / TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, surface drains, walls hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4) in road side kerb stones of any shape & size and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preperation of old/new concrete kerb stone surfaces and applying two coats of retro-reflective enamel paint of any colours and patteren complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forming moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil include hard core, soling of roads, path etc; macadam surface of any description (water bound, grouted, tarmac) for preparation of formation of road and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 450 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC (1:2:4) type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for internal pipe of bore 450 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for granular sub base of grading I as per IRC 15 : 2011, Kankar or laterite 100 mm thickness and rolled and consolidated with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Precast plain cement concrete coloured chequered tiles 25 to 28 mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed with mixture of grey cement and pigment to match the shade of the glossy finish tiles as in floor, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoidal profile roofing sheets 0.50 mm thick of any colour/length having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof coverings having effective & overall width 1015 mm &1072 mm respectively, profile hieght 28.5 mm and centre to centre distance between ribs 203 mm fixed with self tapping screws as directed by manufacturer on wooden/steel members including use of scaffoldings of any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, tee sections and MS flats fixed independently, without connection plate, etc. (cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) for purlins fixed to wooden rafters and all other similar works conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A including taking down old existing wrought iron work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Rolled mild steel in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of gde E-165 including taking down old existing wrought iron and mild steel work complete all as specified and directed.
