Disconnecting from mains/taking out existing unserviceable/defective motor of capacity 30HP of any type, and make including disconnecting all electrical connec tions removing from foundation transporting to repair workshop disconnecting un serviceable burn out winding completely including insulating materials and rewinding of the complete stator with super enameled copper wire of existing size, applying pro per insulation ‘F’ class varnish drying in oven, assembling, transporting back to site, re-installating, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by E-in-C.Qty-01 Job (f) Disconnecting from mains/taking out existing unserviceable/defective Monoblock Pump set of cap 7.5/ 10 HP Capacity and repair/ replacement of bushings, worn out nuts, bolts washers, gaskets, gland etc and positioning the pump set and connecting up in existing position and testing complete all as specified and as directed.Qty-02 E (g) Disconnecting from mains/taking out existing unserviceable/defective motor of capacity 5 HP of any type, and make including disconnecting all electrical connections removing from foundation trans porting to repair workshop disconnecting unserviceable burn out winding completely including insulating materials and rewinding of the complete stator with super ename led copper wire of existing size, applying proper insulation ‘F’ class varnish drying in oven, assembling, transporting back to site, re-installating, testing and commission ing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Qty-01 Each (h) Supply and fixing in replacement MCB TP 240 volts 63 Amps, 10 kA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed.Qty-02 Nos (j) Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core with galvanized steel strip or wire including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.Qty-50 (k) M&L labour for taking out the existing unserviceable PCB of the Central Type AC Plant of capacity 115 TR of make Voltas, transporting to authorised repair workshop carrying out the necessary repair re-assembling with the control panel of AC plant testing for staisfactory working complete all as specified and as directed.Qty-01 Each Job
