Applying water proofing coating for roof terrace Step:1 Cleaning the existing open terrace surface by brush etc., make the surface free from dirt, dust, cement patches etc. Step:-2 Filling or applying a coat at all roof tile joints with liquid polymer modified mortar (SBR,GROUT and sand mix) and allow to dry.

Step:3 Applying one coating with Nano Technology zycosil mix (1:2:17) over terrace to fill the voids and allow to dry. Step:-4 Finally applying two coats of elastomeric and UV resistant with MYK right coat with suitable interval and allow to dry. (Geo tex used whenever necessary)

Providing water proofing treatment to the expansion joints Stage:-01 Removing and cleaning the existing structure or wall etc., and make the expansion joint to work. Stage:-02 As per the site condition filling the expansion joint with backup rod or polymer modified mortar (single component non shrink cementitious grout don Fflogrout 60, M Sand and liquid styrene butadiene rubber latex bonding agent DON SBR depth upto 50mm and allow to dry. Stage:-03 Make 100mm hump over expansion joint with polymer mortar allow to dry.

Supply and laying of app membrane work@ 3mm thick STP membrane or equivalent AP range of polymer modified membranes are modified bitumen waterproofing membranes manufactured by saturating and coating a polyester carrier with a waterproofing compound made of a special grade of modified bitumen with APP polymers. Whereas the modifiers boost the thermal, mechanical and ageing characteristics of the membrane compound, the non woven polyester carrier establishes the mechanical characteristics as it performs as the reinforcement element that provides the membrane with its significant Tensile Strength, Tear Strength, Puncture Resistance and Elongation properties. The upper and lower surfaces are laminated with polyethylene film. STP Membrane or Equivalent are ideal for use in a wide range of waterproofing applications such as foundations, basements, tunnels, roofs, car park decks and other civil works. The chemical resistance of STP Membrane or Equivalent AP makes it particularly suitable for tanking applications in areas where aggressive ground water conditions prevail. providing and installing, Unroll the STP MEMBRANE Or Equivalent Roll after application of primer. Align the roll correctly & re-roll it in alignment before torching. Use gas burner to heat substrate & underside to softening points

Applying water proof treament expansion joint Haunch portion by using clean the horizontal or vertical joints and make the joints to apply water proof treatment. Applying priming coat with excellent quality liquid styrene butadiene rubber latex bonding agent DON SBR. After priming coat one part of FLOGROUT 60 and Half part of fine sand mixed with DON SBR and making 50 mm x 50 mm HAUNCH at Horizontal or vertical joints.

Providing chemical injection treatment in the form at pressure grouting to the identified points and concrete joints etc. Make the holes at 14mm dia with drilling machine. Fix the PVC pipe with tap arrangement by DON SETPLUG. Make the cement slurry mix with grout admixture DON FLOADD (227 gms per 50 kg cement) and pump through the tap and close it, allow to dry two days. Finally remove the PVC pipe and close the holes with DON SET PLUG.

Supply and laying of Water proofing aluminium foil sheet work STEP:1 Cleaning the Existing surface to stick self adhesive membrane. STEP:-2 Providing and fixing self adhesive aluminium foil membrane over roofing sheets.

Providing expansion joint covering the top surface with GI sheet 30cm wide and 1.6mm thick for expansion joints polysulphide sealant surface including leads, lifts, material and labour charges etc., using phill plugs, GI screws, limpet cup washers, bitumen washers, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the University Engineer.
