REPAIR / MAINT OF PUMP MOTORS, LT PANEL, CHLORONOME PLANTS, PIPE LINES, VALVES ALLIED WORKS OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION AND CLEANING OF OVERHEAD TANK, AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN DARBHANGA UNDER GE AF BIHTA

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for underground cable, pipeline / erection of poles, stays etc. and getting out complete, all as specified. NOTES:- (a) Excavation work shall be carried out manually only. (b) LT/HT cable, water supply/ sewage/telephone lines, if any, get damaged during excavation & earthwork, demolition of PCC shall be repaired by the contractor immediately as per existing specifications to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

Boring the holes under roads pavements, hardstanding by treanch less techonology, using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including DI/CI/GI/HDPE/PP-R Pipe of 25 mm to 150 mm bore suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed

PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in coping for steel pole including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for road/Hard standing cutting complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out existing under ground 100mm bore CI/DI pipes, Spigot and socketed / flanged/screwed ends of any length & type, including necessary fittings, burning of lead/rubber joints if any and bailing out water complete all as specified

Ductile iron pipes, 100mm bore, class K-9, centrifugaly cast, flanged ends, ISI marked in any length with & including rubber or fibre board gasket joints, nut bolts and washer laid in trenches, ducts complete all as specified

Ductile iron pipes, 100mm bore, class K-7, centrifugaly cast, spigot & socket ends, ISI marked in any length with & including push on joints laid in trenches, ducts complete all as specified
