Dismantling damaged Reinforced Cement Concrete and clearing away carefully including all labour charges etc.., as per standard specifications.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three 20 mm metal) and including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits of all RCC work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labours charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed (centring without strutting)

Suplying and fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement using mild steel rods (or) Ribbed Tor Steel rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors steel and binding wire shall be supplied by the contractors etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position 100 x 50 x 7.5 mm @ 9.4kg. channel for the face of RAT GUARD EDGING slab with MS bolts 16mm dia 45 cm long at 2m centres forming protection to the loading platform finishing in flush with the slab with CM 1:3 ( One cement and three sand ) etc., complete including painting the exposed surface of MS channel with one coat of red oxide primer.

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5, using Second Class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4 3/4" x2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats using best quality of cement paints with priming coats including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removal of damaged main gate including all labour charges and handed over to department etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Breaking the cable and cross binder wall to the required depth and length to remove the existing damaged AC sheet and Packing the broken wall with cement concrete evenly after inserting the new AC sheet in position including Reconstruction of binder wall in position with Brick work in CM 1:5 using chamber burnt Ground moulded Bricks 9"x43/8"x23/4" and plastering the same with CM 1:5, white washing with two coats etc., complete including cost of the materials and finishing neatly,curing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers during the execution of work.
