Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The rates should be quoted Exclusive of GST. (As per the GOVT Order FD 417 Exp- 12/2024 Dt: 09.08.2024.)

The Item rates are Exclusive of GST

1Percent of the Tendered amount will be deducted towards Labour Welfare Fund

Contractors has to upload the EPF Registration

Contractor has to submit their labour EPF details in every R.A bills

The FSD payable at the time of executing agreement, will be refunded only after successful completion of Defects and liability period

The contractor has to establish site laboratories and should furnish the documents for having required lab testing

The increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the Contractor alone

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least One Similar work to an extent of Rs. 0.43Lakhs
