Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in footpath, hardstanding, finishing cement concrete surface by making impressions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of hroken stone/boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing (any thickness)at back of walls over arches etc,and raising(or lowering)to the required level with broken stone/boulders, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 20mm graded aggregate as in bond stone, bed plates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to randum or polygonal rubble,uncoursed or brought up to courses with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping , benching and similar works including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 75mm dia LDPE pipe of presure rating 6 kg /Sqm laind in trenches , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 TYPE-C1 20mm graded aggregate in pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 TYPE-C1 20mm graded aggregate in pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks n.exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing surfaces, plastered new wall surface and applying three coat of colour white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
