Almirah Large steel with Key Shelves (FD-1031)

Taking out old unserviceable existing handle and S&F chromium plated handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc for almirah large steel.

Removing existing locking device with MS plate rod and S&F new locking device with plate rod complete in almirah large steel as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable lock of Almirah large steel and S&F lock with six levers locks and hole cover with duplicate keys.

M&L Spot Gas welding where required and filling properly at places of welding point and as per directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L preparation old painted steel surfaces by cleaning and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green/grey with spray gun or by manual brush with roller as per requirement in appropriate shade complete all as specified and directed but Almirah large steel with shelves both side (out side and in side)

Almirah medium steel (FD-1032)

Bed Hard Ply Top (FD/E6/MAP/08)

Removing of existing unserviceable ply wood 12mm from bed hard steel and S&F new plywood of 12 mm thick BWR Phenol bounded commercial plywood with edging 1950mm x 900mm ISI Mark all as per Drg and directed. Make - Century , Kitply , Green ply.

M&L elect welding to Bed Hard Steel where required and filling properly at places of welding point. Elect welding shall be done all round the MS pipe and all welding and filling at one broken point shall be measured as one point ie one unit.

Painting with Synthetic enamel black paint inside & out side after scrapping of rusted paint complete as per drg all as specified and directed

Removing U/S PVC Shoes of Bed Hard Steel and supply and fix new PVC Shoes of Bed Hard Steel required as per drg and directed

Chair Writing steel with Arm (FD-360)

S&F seat and back 12mm, teak ply with poly urethane foam 50mm thick moulded with density 40 with Raxine of approved colour and shade including taking out old unserviceable seat and back complete all as specified & directed .

Replacement of arm rest as specified in the drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Painting with black paint after scrapping of rusted paint complete by spray gun as per drg all as specified and directed

Chair Computer/Chair Revolving Adj (FD/E6/MAP/01 & TP)

M&L for removing unserviceable seat and back and S&F new seat & back alongwith the fabric & PVC lipping wherever applicable & replacing the same with new 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric & moulded polyurethane foam. The back foam shall be designed with contour lumber support with PVC lipping all around. The cushions shall be of 40 density 75mm thick for seat & 50mm thick for back alongwith the fabric of approved quality & colour. All as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M& L for removing unserviceable caster wheel and S&F new castor wheels of Chair Computer/Chair Revolving adjustable

M& L for removing unserviceable hand rest of Chair Computer/Chair Revolving adjustable and S&F new handrest of the chairs with new handrest matching the previous all in shape, size, material & quality

M&L for removing unserviceable and S&F pedestal assembly of revolving chairs with new complete pedestal assembly all matching the sape, size & quality of the existing.

M&L for removing unserviceable hydraulic assembly and S&F for servicing the unserviceable hydraulic assembly & making the seat adjustment functional all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
