M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, shelves and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in chajjas and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Demolition of existing RCC chajja/slab ceiling of any size and description and M&L for 25mm to 30mm thick sand stone slab in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates etc not exc 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on the other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, roofs, floors etc and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but not exc 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 21.00 here-in-before but 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 1.5mm thick self adhesive waterproofing membrane consisting of self adhesive SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) modified / bitumen compound covered on the top side with high density cross laminated polyethylene film and on the underside with an easy to peel silicon film all as per manufacturer’s instructions having minimum overlaps 50mm on sides and 100mm on ends, provided with & including suitable bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre per sqm as recommended by membrane manufacturer after cleaning the roof surface / sunken floor from all loose, dust, dirt, foreign material and particularly oil and grease marks, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : M/S TEXSA INDIA LTD / M/S PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD / M/S SIKA INDIA PVT LTD / M/S STP LIMITED Note : The net area of waterproofing treatment shall be measured and paid for without any extra allowance for side & end laps for membrane and this aspect shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly including segregating the serviceable & unserviceable tiles as directed. Serviceable tiles shall be reused under the respective item of this Schedule.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparing surface and cleaning of concrete slab or plastered surfaces by wire brushing and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 50 micron heavy duty Polythene film (black) laid in floors or on vertical surfaces including laps and laid without voides/air bubles and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface complete all as described in Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Lime concrete terracing as specified in roof complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

Taking down/out loose & damaged concrete/ cement plaster from soffits of ceiling, floor/roof slabs, vertical surface of columns, beams etc. including exposing and removing rust from the reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and removal of debris to a distance not excedding 100 mtr and depositing where as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, 2nd layer mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified and directed. Note : - Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Removing up rooting vegitation growth building roof top/sides of walls n exc. 30 cm girth including and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50m and clearing the site and making good of the disturbed surfaces in brick work with cement and sand mortar 1:4 and cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4, surface area n exc 0.50 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: For removal of vegitation if required at site rain water pipes bends to be removed preserved and re-fixed in the same location.

M&L for applying neat cement slurry on stone ceiling surfaces and rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/ tint over a coat of primer over & including 3mm thick white wall care putty on walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of walls/ceiling and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on old or new plastered surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 52.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 55.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

S&F 15mm bore 150mm long GI tank nipple with and including check nut and washer as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore 150mm long GI tank nipple with and including check nut and washer as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings as original where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick walls, complete all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank and Supply and fixing 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note : (i) The water storage tanks shall be 2 layers, HDPE tanks moulded to seem-less perfection of rotational process. The tanks shall be manufactured only from FDA approved special grade of polyethylene and shall be certified fit for potable water. (ii) The tanks shall white coloured and ISI marked. Also refer paras 18.6 and 18.6A of MES Schedule Part-I. (iii) Payment for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes and ball valve shall be made separately. Howerver cost of providing necessary GI fittings such as nipples with check nuts for inlet and outlet pipes, GI plug with check nut for over flow pipe and 30cm long wash out pipe, GI 20mm nominal bore, medium grade and check nut for wash out pipes of size as per actual requirements as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates of this item.

Disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank and Supply and fixing 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note : (i) The water storage tanks shall be 2 layers, HDPE tanks moulded to seem-less perfection of rotational process. The tanks shall be manufactured only from FDA approved special grade of polyethylene and shall be certified fit for potable water. (ii) The tanks shall white coloured and ISI marked. Disconnecting existing serviceable rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 250 litres & not exc 500 litres including cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from tank with gunny bags, cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing serviceable rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 500 litres & not exc 1000 litres including cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from tank with gunny bags, cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric, weight not exc 4 Kg per sqm, cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, supplied and fixed in reinforcement, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement based polymer modified anti corrosive rebar coating system ('SikaTop Armatec-108' of Sika or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / Fosroc) to existing reinforcement all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Mode of measurement shall be affected surface area of column, beam, slab, etc.

M&L for one layer of 20mm thick concrete {comprises composition 1:2:1 plain cement concrete i.e. one part of cement (43 Gde OPC), two parts of fine aggregate and one part of 10mm and down size trap stone aggregate} mixed with 'Sprayset SL' of Fosroc (or equivalent in Sika / Dr. Fixit) 2.00 to 2.50% by weight of cement and 12.50 to 16.50 litre of water mixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and guniting by pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg per Sqm over column, beam, roof slab, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
