Providing Compressor oil in both compressor Circuit. (Required level of oil is Approximately 12 liter per circuit) (2 no compressor circuit in one chiller unit)
Providing oil filter for both compressor Circuit. (2 no compressor circuit in one chiller unit)
Descaling of 3 No. Condenser & Allied work complete in all respect
Upgrading Software & re-programing the Microprocessor of Trane chiller. Note :- Latest Version of software id required.
Servicing the electrical Control Panel of chiller (TWIN Circuit)
Providing unloading coil (SOLEDNOID VALVE) in one circuit of compressor.
Flushing the single compressor circuit with Nitrogen and re-claming the refrigerant gas in cylinder through vacuumization and then after cleaning again charge the refrigerant gas in compressor circuit.
Providing liquid level sensor of one compressor circuit.
Providing water flow switch of condenser and Chiller.
Providing entering water temperature sensor.
Providing Refrigerant Gas R-134 for Non-Working compressor circuit.(Approximately 80kg in single circuit)
Labour charges for fixing all provided spare parts for 3 no. Chiller units.
