Surface dressing in Soft/Loose soil n.exc 15 cm deep incl Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, andtrees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured onemetre above ground level) and removing rubbishupto a distance of 50 metres outside the of the area under clearance complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation for laying /taking down sewage / water supply lines , forming bottom surfaces to required slpoe & gradient and n.exc 10sqm on plan and n 'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and M&L for non skid designer and concept ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over and includin screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.
