Construction of Pump house of required size suitable for installation of maximum 4 no. monoblock pump sets as per approved GA drawing, scope of work and technical specification complete work in all respect.

Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft, impeller, pump and motor body. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Construction of RR stone masonry sluice valve chambers of following size wall thickness 45CM bed concrete M-15 grade 15 CM, 25 CM thick internal & outer planter ferrow cement cover "AA" class loading. Internal size 1.20 x 1.50 Mtr.

Supply,Testing, commissioning of Hydropneumatic Pressure Boosting System consisting of 3 Nos. Vertical Inline Multistage centrifugal pumps with TEFC IE2 class motor, Pump connected in Parallel mounted on a common MS ISMC type base frame with Suction & Discharge manifolds of Galvanised MS Pipe, One No. NRV & Two Isolating Valves for each pump, Pressure Gauge, Pressue Transmitter & minimum IP54 type Panel. The Panel shall include all required fuses, motor protection, main switch, 3 Nos. VFDs, KIRLOSMART (iOT Remote Monitoring System, IP20,) BMS Connectivity through RS485 PORT, all automation operations etc. complete in all respect & 1-Nos 200 Ltrs MS 10 bar Pressure Tank. This work including Pressure transmitter, flow meter, NRV on discharge line as per required line size and Butterfly valve, Y-Strainer on suction line and all accessories for pump and system safe operation complete job as per direction engineer in charge
