STEEL WORK

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

FINISHING

Painting with acid proof paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Itr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

REPAIRS TO BUILDING

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of multigarded sand media along with un loaading & filling into the Activated carbon filter as per direction & approved sample of engineer in charge

Rewinding of 3 HP Mono Block motor, including insulation, varnishing, baking, re-assembly and testing, complete, with old copper taken as buy-back, as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of 2 HP Mono Block motor,, including insulation, varnishing, baking, re-assembly and testing, complete, with old copper taken as buy-back, as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
