Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm of any shade and any pattern (pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete complete all as specified and as directed. . Note:- (i) The colour, shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work. (ii) No extra cost shall be allowed for Removing and refixing and necesary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x350x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slabflooring laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and machine polishing, laid over and including 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 in floors complete all as specified and as directed. all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Granite 20mm thick ( of any type table rubbed and polished) work machine cut as in steps, jambs pillars,window cills, cooking platforms and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with 605mm x 605mm size, consisting of main Tee of size 40 x 40 x 2mm, cross Tee of size 40 x 40 x 2mm and wall angle of size 40 x 40 x 2mm of approved make including all necessary cuttings, fixing of aluminium section firmly in position with and including steel hangers 6 mm dia G.I. wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 40 mm long in soffit of slab/walls complete all as specifed and as directed including provision of with 4mm thick Non Asbestos boards, ordinary type for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid, fixed in ceiling, flat or sloping, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate quoted above shall be deemed to include for making holes, cutting chassis if any required and making good to existing walls in cement mortar 1: 3 to match with existing surface finish as directed at site.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sq. M but not exceeding 4 Sq. M each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour taking down chowkhats or frames, without taking off shutters from the frame not exceeding 1.5 Sqm in each and removing complete all as specified and directed.
