Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M.Sand (CrushedStoneSand) & 8Parts of 40mm nominal size metal)for foundation using 40mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar1:5 (M.Sand (Crushed Stone Sand))(One cement, five M.Sand (Crushed Stone Sand))using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of allmaterials,l abour, curing etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15mm thick in Cement Mortar1:5 (Plastering Sand(P-Sand))(One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven)in all floors up to full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 160 mm dia PVC inflow pipeline (6 kg/cm²) with necessary pipe specials such as elbows, tees, union joints, etc., including jointing, threading, and cost of pipes and specials, complete as per AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 110 mm dia PVC inflow pipeline (6 kg/cm²) with necessary pipe specials such as elbows, tees, union joints, etc., including jointing, threading, and cost of pipes and specials, complete as per AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 50 mm dia PVC inflow pipeline (6 kg/cm²) with necessary pipe specials such as elbows, tees, union joints, etc., including jointing, threading, and cost of pipes and specials, complete as per AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 25 mm dia PVC pipe (10 kg/cm² working pressure) in walls, ceilings, and floors with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in walls wherever required, drilling holes in roofs and walls, packing the holes with necessary brickwork or concrete wherever required, plastering the surfaces smooth with required scaffolding, including cost of pipe and specials such as elbows, tees, union joints, reducers, etc., including cutting and threading, complete as per AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of cast iron sluice valve of 150 mm dia conforming to IS:14846:2000, PN 1.0 pattern, with high tensile brass spindle and gunmetal working parts. The rate includes cost of cast iron sluice valve of 150 mm dia, removing the existing valve and refixing the new valve with accessories, including installation, transportation, and labour charges, complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy-duty gun metal gate valve, 25 mm dia, of approved quality, including all materials, labour, etc., complete as per AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
