M&L for Cleaning of RCC overhead reservoirs internally of capacity 100000 gallons on upto 21 metre high staging including removing deposits, sand etc from inside the tank, scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom of inside tank with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus/ algae/ vegetation, filling of cavities inside of tank with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with quick settling chemical and applying one coat of white wash inside dome.Writing date of cleaning outside the tank complete all as specified and directed including cleaning of wash out system as required for proper flushing out of dirts/ deposits of over head tank. [Note :- (i) All type of T&P and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the installation at appropriate location upto 50 metre as directed by Engr-in-Charge]

All as per Item Ser No 01 above but RCC OH reservoir of capacity 50000 gallons complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of Under Ground Sump internally as well as externally of capacity upto 10000 gallons after pumping out of residual water including removing deposit, sand from inside the sump, scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus/ algae/ vegetation, filling of cavities inside and outside of tank with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with quick settling chemical and applying one coat of white wash inside including top side & writing date of cleaning outside complete all as specified and directed. [Note :-(i) All type of T&P including portable non-clog pump for pumping out residual water before cleaning and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the installation at a distance upto 50 Mtr as directed by Engieneer-in-Charge.]

M&L for Cleaning of Under Ground sewage disposal Sump internally as well as externally of capacity upto 10000 gallons after pumping out of residual sewage/ water including removing deposit, sand from inside the sump, scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus/ algae/ vegetation, filling of cavities inside and outside of tank with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with quick settling chemical and applying one coat of white wash inside including top side & writing date of cleaning outside complete all as specified and directed. [Note :-(i) Under Ground Sump include sewage disposal sumps of Punjab Niwas, OGB-32, Himachal Niwas and Kandhar line (ii) All type of T&P including portable non-clog pump for pumping out residual water before cleaning and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the installation at a distance upto 50 Mtr as directed by Engieneer-in-Charge.]

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint on all external surface of overhead reservoir of capacity 100000 gallons including columns and beams of staging up to 21 metre high after scraping/ preparing of old surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on Inlet, outlet, overflow and washout CI/ GI/ DI pipes and complete staircase as per existing colour from ground level up to top of the reservoir complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. [Note: - (i) Before applying cement paint, the surface shall be thoroughly wetted to control surface suction (ii) Not less than 24 hours shall be allowed between Ist coat and the second or subsequent coat shall not be started until the preceding coat has become sufficiently hard to resist marking by the brush being used]

All as per item No 5 above but for overhead reservoir of capacity 50000 gallons complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on Inlet, outlet, overflow and washout CI/ DI pipes and sluice valves and staircase as per existing colour from ground level up to top of the reservoir of capacity 100000/50000 gallons on upto 21 metre high staging after preparing of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. [Note: - (i) Different colour for inlet, outlet, wash out, overflow, valves shall be applied as per standard colour code and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.]

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on CI/ DI pipes of distribution header including sluice valves of various pump houses after scraping/ preparing of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for removing honey comb grown on outer surface of RCC overhead reservoirs of capacity 100000/ 50000 gallons on upto 21 metre high staging and applying two coats of cement based paint on the affected area duly matching with the existing colour all as specified and as directed. [ Note:- The work shall be carried out by professionals and department will not take any responsibility in case of casuality caused by honey bees.]

S&F self reflector type flexi board with PVC frame of size 1.2mx0.8m including diagram of water disribution network at each pump house/STP complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Chlorine ppm comparator test Kit with colour indicators having 0.1 to 2.0 PPM with Resolution 0.01 pH, make:Avon/ Aquasol or ISI marked as approved by GE including taking out existing.

Supply only Liquid O-Tolidine solution in sealed bottle of 500 ml ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sodium hypochloride liquid (chlorine content 10%) duly packed in sealed drum of make: M/s Declibac/ M/s Rayalshima Enterprise/ Bajaj Chemicals all as specified and approved.

Supply only lead acid battery 12 volt 180 Ah including initial charge of make: Exide / Amron/ Livguard complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge including taking out existing.

M&L for Rolled mild steel in Joist ,channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. for repair to staircase,hand rails and back rest of over head reservoir or as otherwise directed. [Note: All T&P and labour charges for working on OH tanks upto 21 mtr high staging deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

M & L for connecting Aviation light of capacity 20 watt on top of overhead reservoir at upto 21 mtr high staging including taking out of old one make: Bajaj / crompton/ Havells all as specified and as directed [Note: All T&P and labour charges for working on OH tanks upto 21 mtr high staging deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

M & L for Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured with clamps or as ordered for guarding lightning conductor and cable for aviation light along the pillars upto top of over head reservoir at a height of upto 21 mtr all as specified and as directed [Note: All T&P and labour charges for working on OH tanks upto 21 mtr high staging deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

M & L for Aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm with saddles and fixing screws or fixing arrangement as per sitte requirement etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground along the pillars upto top of over head reservoir at a height of upto 21 mtr including taking out of old strips all as specified and as directed. M & L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long for fixing on top of overhead reservoir at upto 21 mtr height including taking out of old one all as specified and as directed. M & L for Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 40 mm OD exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc along the pillars upto top of over head reservoir at a height of upto 21 mtr all as specified and as directed. M & L for PVC insulated and sheathed flat twin core multistranded aluminium conductor of nominal cross sectional area 6.0 sqmm for connecting Aviation light fixed on top of overhead reservoir at upto 21 mtr high staging including taking out of old one all as specified and as directed [Note: All T&P and labour charges for working on OH tanks upto 21 mtr high staging deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

M & L for Tubes, 'light grade', galvanised 25 mm bore , with all fitting; laid in trenches for protection of LT cables all as specified and as directed. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separatly)

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 metre wide and n.exc. 1.5 metre in depth for laying submersible cable in soft/loose soil, taking out excavated material,forming bottom etc complete all as specified and directed..

Returning filling in including,spreading ,levelling watering and well ramming in layer in n.exc 25 cm in soft/lose soil all as specified directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metre above starting point as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside for yard hydrant (suitable for housing 2 Nos Hose reel drum for 36 metre long hose of size not less than 800mm X 600mm X 250mm) including taking out of old one all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Mild Steel ERW (Electro Resistance Welded) pipe with flanged ends suitable for Column Pipe of bore 150mm including taking out of old pipes all as specified and directed by EIC including taking out of old one. [Note: The pipes should be in 3.0 mtr length with both side flanged suitable for column pipe for Bore well]

M&L for Lifting of Non Clog Submersible Pump Set upto 5 HP capacity each from underground sump of sewage disposal sumps along with connected accessories such as column pipe, submersible cable, steel pipe; cleaning and general servicing of the pumps/ motors including replacement of minor spares such as thermostat, internal cable spider, sleeve, line shaft, nut, bolts etc and lowering including testing after servicing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. [Note:- (i) All type of T & P for testing and lifting arrangement etc at site will be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) Greasing of moving parts deemed to be included in the quoted rate (iii) The Contractor will start the lifting of pump same day after getting message verbally/telephonically from JE E/M/ Engr-in-Charge. Pump shall be refixed after repairs within 3 days failing which penalty shall be imposed on contractor. (iv) A penalty of Rs. 500/- per day will be imposed on the Contractor beyond 3 days period delay and amount will be deducted from the due payment of the Contractor. Decision of GE will be final and binding in this regard ]

Transportation including loading & unloading of Non Clog Submersible Pump 3 phase of capacity 5 HP (any make) from location of underground sumps to work shop for necessary repairing and transporting back to respective location including carefully loading & unloading of pump set after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L dismantling of Non Clog Submersible Pump any make & model of capacity 5 HP repairing the same including replacing old unserviceable parts and re-assembling and testing after repair complete all as specified and approved.

M & L rewinding of motors of Non Clog submersible pumps 5 HP with super enamelled copper wire of existing size including removal of existing burnt winding, cleaning of slots including packing material, connection and testing complete all as specified and approved.

M&L for rectification of leakage from GI Pipe line joints of 80mm bore including excavation, returning and filling etc incl fittings like unions, sockets, bends, elbows, tees, nipples etc as required complete all as specified
