The bidder should be either: (a) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the CPMS application, OR (b) An authorized partner of the OEM with a valid authorization certificate issued by the OEM.The OEM of the CPMS application is M/s Krishna Infotech, Vijayawada having full ownership and source code rights of the Application in Jaipur division. In case of authorized bidders, a tender-specific authorization letter from M/s Krishna Infotech, Vijayawada must be submitted.
