Supplying Barakar new well graded & best quality of Pee gravel of different size including loading unloading and stacking in grade wise stacks including carriage from Barakar to WTP , cleaning and washing them properly & placing them in the filter bed after screening including supplying all labours & tools and carrying on head load a distance up to 500 M and lift of about 1.5 M taxes & royalty all complete as per specification & direction of E/I.

NOTE : The Pee gravel should be spherical shape hard clean and uniform in quality and should not contain dirt and clay, the sizes if the gravels should be classified by passing through the shieves of five sides shieves should be So adjusted that the biggest size of gravel remain at the top of the finest at the bottom.

(a)37.5mm to 9.5mm - 9” deep

(b) 9.5mm to 4.75mm gravels - 9” deep

(C) 4.75mm to 2.36mm gravels - 9” deep

Supplying Barakar sand of effective size 0.45mm to 0.70mm not more than 1.7 nor less than 1.3 uniformly coefficient of best and approved quality duly washed and placing the same in position in the filter bed in one layer of 2'-1'' depth with a lead of 800ft. and a lift of about 15ft. including loading unloading stacking including carriage from Barakar river to filtration plant Chandankiyari with all taxes & royalty all complete as per direction of E/I.

Supplying all materials, labour, tools & equipments & fitting & fixing 90mm dia PVC perforated pressure pipe (Sch.-80) in the bed after replacement of A.C. pipes should be of 90mm dia of high pressure and laying should be done as per specification and direction of E/I. (12.5 kg/cm2)

Supplying fitting & fixing following 90mm dia PVC pipe (Sch.-80) and fixing of heavy quality ISI marked in the filter bed for the air pipe with all jointing materials such as rubber insertion nut & bolts including taking out the old damaged pipe line from the filter bed with cost of all complete as per direction of E/I. 12.5 Kg/com2

Providing two coat of plastic emalsion paint (weather coat) of approved shade and make over a coat of primer over old surface

Providing two coats of painting with ready mixed paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Printing new letter and figures of any shade (printing new letter and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to given an even shade) (S.O.R. RCD 8.3-I) page no 12

Coffer Dam

Providing, constructing ciffer dam in river basin/dam storages as per type design including excavation, filling the middle portion with B.C. soil (in gunny bags if required) providing impervious/ semimpervious materials on both side of B.C. soil (in gunny bags if required) including ramming, compacting to satifaction of Engineer -in- charge till the completion of work including dismantiling coffer dam after completion of work and disposing off materials as direction by Engineer -in- charge

Dewatering the excavated tranches and pools of water in the building trinches/pipe line trenches, well works by using pumps and other devices including disposing off water to safe distance as directed by Engineer -in- charge (including cost of machinery, labour fuel etc complete)

Additional RCC Sump

Designing (aethentically) and Constructionf RCC graound service reservoirs/ RCC sump in M-300 mix. Of required capacity including excavation in all types of strata, foundation concrete, container walls, bottom slab top RCC roof slab / or dome 20mm thick cement plaster with water proofing compound in CM 1:3 proportion. to inside face of the container including epoxy paint from inside including refilling and disposing of surplus stuff within lead of 50 M all labour and material charges, for laying and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet washout, over flow and bye-pass arrangement consisting of C.I./M.S. Pipes specials and valves of given diameters providing and fixing accessories such as M.S. ledder inside and outside, C.I. Manhole frame and cover, water top slab B.B. masonry chamber for all valves, ventilating shafts including giving satisfactory hydraulic fast and water tightness test as per IS code and providing three coat of cement paint to all expose surface of structure including roof surface etc. complete as per desing data criteria obligatory requirements and detailed specifications including Landscaping, Gardening & Plantation etc.
