Supply, installation, testing and commissioning dual rotor compressor inverter technology split type air conditioners capacity 2.0 TR, 5-Star rating, single phase, 230V, 50Hz, designed for ambient temp (Cooling) 52 degree celcius with acoustic jacket on compressor, suction tube size outer diameter 5/8", liquid tube size outer diameter 3/8", power supply to outdoor unit source 4 core 2.5Sqmm, power supply to indoor unit source 3 core 2.5Sqmm complete with cordless remote control unit LCD with back lit with night glow function on remote buttons and remote battery type AAA including supply and fixing/grouting of a set of best quality mounting bracket for out door unit complete all as specified and directed. Model/Make : Model No. IC524DATU of BLUE STAR or equivalent model of O-General/Hitachi/Voltas/Daikin/Carries /LG/Samsung. Notes : (a) Cost of cutting holes into any type of wall/construction for passing of suction/liquid tube, drain pipe and connetion wires including making good distrubed surface of wall/construction to match existing shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) The contractor shall deposit with Engineer-in-Charge original purchase voucher and product guarantee/warrantee certificate in original for the period as per policy in vogue of manufacturer to obtain service from manufacturer during the period of guarantee/warrantee.

Supply and fix pair of copper tube 5/8" and 3/8" of standard quality as required at site duly insulated by best standard quality insulating material for additional length of sunction/liquid pipe between indoor unit & outdoor unit beyond the length of copper tubings provided by company/manufacturer including testing for leakage of refrigerent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing low density polythelene pipes (LDPE) 25mm dia including jointer for additional length of drain pipe beyond the length provided by manufacturer of AC including sealing and making leak proof complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix/lay PVC insulated & PVC Round Sheathed 3 core 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 as additional length to be used for connection between indoor and outdoor unit beyond length provided by manufacturer of AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wall mounted type in-line-Voltage Stabilizer of capacity 5 KVA for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% complete all as directed. Model/Make : Model No. VS514DTA-GT of make BLUE STAR or equivalent model of Make : V-Guard/AE/Microtek/Luminous/Godrej.

S & F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB SP 20 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure vertical type double door DB TPN 8 way suitable to accomodate MCCB FP, 415 volts protection class IP-42 made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted confirming to IS-13032, IS 8623, BS-5484 with tinned copper bus bar of 250 Amps capacity all as specified and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. {Model/Make : Cat Part No DHDLVDRWGOF008 of make Havells or equivalent model of makes listed in List makes}. (Note: MCCB & MCBs shall be measured and paid separately)

MCCB four pole 63 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 16 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz

S & F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 volts, C-curve, rupturing capacity 10KA conforming to IEC-60898, Part-I complete, all as specified & directed.

S & F for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed FRLS-H cable 1100 Volt grade with 10 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor drawn through and including PVC casing caping on walls/ceilings/roofs including 10 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Two runs of main cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of casing caping will be measured and paid as one length only.

Supplying, Fixing/laying, jointing and testing and commissioning, LT under ground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminuim conductors, laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.
