Dismantling and taking out unserviceable spare parts and supply, replacement of parts as under:- (A) M&L for engine overhauling of four cylinder engine of Tata 207, dismantling of tappet cover and head opening of engine, removing of piston, piston ring and opening of crank shaft and kept aside for cleaning and refixing the same and replacement of following UNSV spare parts and testing complete all as directed : - (i) Main began bearing set - 01 (ii) CR (connecting rod) bush - 01 Nos (iii) Thrush washer - 01 No (iv) Piston ring - 01 set (v) Joint kit - 01 Kit (vi) Head valve set - 01 Set (vii) Head gasket kit - 01 Kit (viii) Head valve guide - 01 Set (ix) Anabond adhesive tube - 01 No (B) Complete servicing of vehicle incl repalcement of unsv spare parts and testing complete :- (i) Diesel Filer - 01 No (ii) Oil Filter - 02 No (iii) Air Filter element - 01 No (iv) Engine oil - 6.5 Ltr (given by dept) (C) Disconnecting of complete radiator assy and cleaning/descaling of chocked tubes, cleaning of fins with acid water and brazing of leaked out copper tubes and replacement of the following worn out spares :- (i) Hose Pipe - 02 Nos (ii) Jubilee Clamp - 04 Nos (iii) Water Pump assy - 01 No (iv) Coolant - 03 Ltr (D) Dismantling and taking down gear box assembly and replacement of following unsv spares :- (i) Second gear sleeves with coupling - 01 Set (ii) Forth gear sleeves and brass ring - 01 No (iii) Gear oil - 1.5 Ltr (iv) Speedo meter cable - 01 No (E) Repairs to alternator and replacement of the defective/worn out parts i.e. cut out switch, seal, rotor, rectifier plate, bearing and 'V' belt and reassembling and testing complete. (F) Computerized balancing and alignment of wheel of veh complete. (G) M&L for complete washing of veh with soap soulution, cleaning with vacuum cleaner internally and externally with water spray jets, greasing, polishing complete all as directed
