Dismantling of steel tank & pipe line into scrap and carriage of M.S. bars, steel, cool line G.I. pipes & special C.I. Manhole covers, steps & other casting & ancillary Misc. items like lead, hemp yarn etc. including loading & unloading upto 3 Mtr.. and carriage of material to Store Sundernagar and clearing the site from rusting and muck etc. outside the BBMB land.

Excavation for pipe lines in trenches & pits 1.5 m depth in open area where disposal of surplus earth is done along with alignment, including trimming and dressing sides, levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling ; consolidation and watering in 15cm layers and restoration of un-metalled or unpaved surface to its original condition excluding cost of shoring and timbering but including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic ,night signals, providing & fixing caution boards, watching, fencing etc. (b) in ordinary gravel-sail involving pick work

Providing & laying, jointing, fixing, testing G.I. Pipe lines B-class including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets elbow etc. cutting, threading & testing in trenches in the ground complete.

Providing and fixing 125mm I/d Non return valve in pipe lines with joint including all carriages complete with rubber seat

Temporary arrangement for carrying by pass pipe line connection for supply & delivery pipe line at construction site

Painting of information board on painted background and alarm for tank full.

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where pick jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm layer with compaction including disposal of all surplus sail as directed with lead of 30 mtrs.

Earth filling under floors with surplus ordinary sail containing gravel or kankar up to 40% excavated from foundation and taken only from outside the building plinth in 15 cm layers including ramming ,watering & consolidating lead up to 30 Mtrs for filling of earth around water tank.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast or shingle Mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type.

Reinforced cement concrete M-30 with cement @ 450 kg per cum hand mixed but excluding steel reinforcement centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanically both mixer using batch type concrete mixer as per IS: 1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator centering and shuttering in Superstructure.

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam and plinth beam ( vertical or battering)

Centering and shuttering for faces of walls, partitions retaining walls and the like (vertical or battering) including attached pilasters, buttresses etc. when curved.

Centering and shuttering for sides and soffits of beams launching’s girders bressumers summers, lintels

Centering and Shuttering for RCC domes

Cold twisted deformed (ribbed/tor steel) Bars Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008 for R.C.C. works where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and placing in position complete.

Providing and fixing 560mm, 500mm and 450mm internal diameter circular of 455mm x 610 mm clear inside opening rectangular cast iron manhole cover and frame ISI marked as per ISI 12592 -2002 including carriage from the stores of the Engineer-In-Charge to site of work, loading, unloading including stacking and setting the same to correct lines and levels in 1:2 cement sand mortar over manholes including cement concrete copping (1:2:4) around the frame etc. Dia of steel for lifting hook is 16mm. Circular single/double seal pattern 500 mm i/d light duty
