Road Work Construction of Granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular Sub-base Grading-III material as per table-400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricadding and maintenance of diversion etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification clause 406 with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if neCessary with cost, conveyance royalty, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and Cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Protection Wall Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soilincluding hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock & boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, Cess & T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing and supplying of HYSD bars confirming toapproved grade including straightening cutting bending bindiing lapping , welding etc confirming to ISI specification) & jointing if neCessary by lapping & tying the grills &placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design placing the grills in position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 guage including Cess etc complete as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing weep holes in abutments and wing walls using 10 CM dia AC pipes including metal spall backing in rear side etccomplete including centering and shuttering if required, with cost, conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P, Cess, required for the work and as per direction of EIC.
