Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement conrete (1:1.5:3 ) type A -1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 3mm thick glass dividing strips of width 22mm inserted in position and confirm to design complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mettalic floor hardner of approved quality consisting of uniformally graded metal particles, free from non-ferrous metal particles, oil, grease sand, soluble alkaline compounds for increasing abrasion resistance and shall be Ironite, Hardonate, Ferronite or other equal and approved metallic floor harderner complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling /taking out existing Textile coverings including frames (if any) or hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing of dismantled material etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 15mm thick rendering over roof slab in Cement Mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M & L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, at the rate of 0.40 ltr/Sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 3 Kg/Sqm of approved make including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flame torching applications and finally finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.1Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed..

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M &L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/Rain coat 601 of DR fixit /Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L repair of cracks by Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall/ceiling and likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by the Contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form works.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic washable distemper including one coat of alkaline resistant primer all as specified and directed

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered edges complete all as specified and directed

M&L for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern class 'AA', interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

As as item no. 16 here in before but except tile complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc.

M & L 110 mm dia. PVC rain water pipes with Socket and including Stack clamps out of 50mm by 5mm including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof for 110mm pipe.all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing all the rubbish as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement mortar(1:4) for laying floor finishes and taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white, including fixing bolts and necessary connection with existing pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall excludes the cost of flush pipe, cistern & seat cover and the same shall be paid seperately under respective item.

S&F in repair 500 lit Rotational moulded polytylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layer construction, ISI marked, provision of tank neeple including dismantling and removing the existing tanks, dismantling and hoisted and fixed in position re-connection of existing pipe lines, complete all as specified and as directed as ISI approved.

S&F in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern white 10 litrs capacity and connections to pipes all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs brass Chromium Plated Health faucet with spring pipe and rquired nipple all as speified and directed. Make: Jaquar Cat No ALD-CHR-585 or equivalent in makes Marc/Kohler.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nanital or similar pattern roof covering etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-inCharge.

S&F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-inCharge.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.30 herein before but on steel surfaces

M&L preparing of old painted plastered surface of walls of any description including cornices and applying one coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade, weather proof antifungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of Acrylic washable distemper on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of Acrylic washable distemper on old decorated surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L in repair for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated, sheathed 1100volts agrade cable with stranded copper conductor FRLS grade conforming to IS-694 part II with ISI mark FRLS grade drawn through and including suitable size rigid non metalic PVC conduit concealed with all accessories, including suitable size sunkpresses steel or cast iron terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed flush with wall surface by means of brass screw and sunk cup washers for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including providing 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaires/fan etc at one end and to common earth dolly at other end all as specified for fan/light point all as specified and directed.
