Earth work open excavation by manual means in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as direct- ed by the departmental officers.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.0 m or part thereof in excavation for all kind of soil over the initial lift

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand with an initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed with surface vibrator, watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling Crushed Stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling in foundation and plinth with murrum Excavating, supplying, and filling of good earth/ murrum brought from outside (including royalty) by any means; in trenches, plinths, sides of foundations, plot filling, subbase of any elements or other location etc. etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, with optimum moisture content to achieve at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density) including watering, ramming and compacting using any means for compaction, including transportation, loading, unloading, screening, passes etc. all complete for all lead and all lift and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. If suggested by the engineer incharge, for better compaction hand ramming/hand compaction by any means is included in this item.

Installation of Vertical Bored cast in situ RCC piles of following diameter in all types of soils, using Standardised Concrete Mix of following grade, with sulphate resistant Cement or OPC/PPC, etc and Crushed Stone Sand and 20mm and down graded HBGS jelly coarse aggregate. The rate includes cost for placing of reinforcement cage in bore hole in correct position, cost of boring to the required depth with Bentonite solution with temprory casing of required length, conveyance of RMC to site and pouring concrete using Tremine pipes, conveyance of all materials to the site including all tools and plants, shifting the plants and equipments from one point to another, excavtion of mud pits for circulation of Bentonite soultion, closing the mud pits to original level and mud removal with initial lead and lift but including dismantling the concrete above the cut off level etc complete as directed by the departmental officers including socketing. The reinforcement cage should be welded properly for lifting. The concrete cubes to be tested as per IS 456- 2000. Acceptance criteria by clause 16.1. Frequency of testing as per 15.2.2. Testing to be conducted at both the ends at site as well as RMC plant. Pile driving depth should be decided by the departmental officers at site. The length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of the pile cap.( Cost of Reinforcement provided for Pile and Welding charges shall be measured and Paid separately )

Anti-termite treatment Providing and injecting Chemical emulsion for PRE-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier on the top surface of plinth filling, inside the junction of wall and floor, on top of damp proof course or on masonry at the level of plinth filling as per IS 6313 (Part-2)-2013 using a chemical like Imidacloprid 30.5% SC (CIB approved, BIS & CBRI certified) and proportion of dilution with water shall be as per manufacturer's specification. The emulsion shall be applied as mentioned below, all as per the specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. A guarantee bond of 10 years shall be furnished in the prescribed proforma. The rate shall be inclusive of material required for Anti Termite Treatment and labour and equipment required for applying in any condition etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (Stage of treatment may vary as per site condition and approved by the Engineer in charge before execution.) a) Treatment of the soil below the raft or any type of foundation - Before laying the PCC, the compact and leveled soil shall be treated at 5 liters per sqm. OR In case of soils/ sand filled above the raft, the treatment at 5 liters per sqm shall be carried out on the top surface of filled soil/ sand. b) Treatment of the soil along the retaining wall/plinth beam - The soil retained by the walls (soil coming in contact with the retaining wall/plinth beam) shall be treated at the rate of 7.5 liters per sqm of the vertical surface in full depth.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by mechanical means

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade using In-situ Concrete batching plant/ Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) adopting weigh batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kglm3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including Conveyance of concrete from batching plant to Work site, Electricity charges and other works & labour cost involved for concrete production, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade using In-situ Concrete batching plant/ Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) adopting weigh batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including Conveyance of concrete from batching plant to Work site, Electricity charges and other works & labour cost involved for concrete production, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, Sill slabs etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, vertical stiffener, side support and Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical support @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c, etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Underground structures waterproofing with HDPE membrane - Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, Below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded 1.5 mm thick HDPE waterproofing pressure sensitive adhesive membrane over PCC before laying raft concrete having higher puncture resistance of 1000N as per ASTM E 154, confirming to BS 8102 & IS 16471:2017, requirements of UG waterproofing structures. Laying adjacent sheets by keeping overlap of 75mm, end overlaps to be treated using double sided tape. The membrane shall have Tensile strength >25 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 500% as per ASTM D 412, Hydrostatic head resistance >70m head of water as per ASTM D 5385, Low Temperature Flexibility: -25 deg C, Peel Adhesion to Concrete >880 N/m as per ASTM D 903 Modified, UV Exposure > 45 Days. The finished cost including surface preparation completely as per specification.

Retaining wall/ UG tank wall (outside) Waterproofing with SBS Membrane - Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Retaining wall, water retaining structures outside with fully bonded 1.6mm Thick SBS modified self-adhesive, cross laminated HDPE lining waterproofing membrane, conforming to IS 16471:2017 Type A, requirements of UG waterproofing structures, The SBS membrane shall have Mass per Unit Area > 1.8 Kg/m2 as per ASTM D 5147, Puncture resistance > 200 N as per ASTM E 154, Elongation > 180% as per ASTM D 412-06, Tensile Strength > 4 Mpa as per ASTM D 412- 06, Tear resistance > 20 N/mm as per ASTM D 4073, Hydrostatic pressure > 50M as per DIN 1048. The lap with HDPE membrane shall be 100mm treated with TS tape. followed by the installation of 8-10mm THK polyethylene dimpled drain board having compressive strength > 400kN/m2 (as per ISO 25619-2). The finished cost includes surface preparation, making coving and a coat of solvent based bituminous primer @ 0.25l/m2 on entire surface before laying membrane completely as per specification.

Newly Constructed Roof / Bathroom/Toilet/ balcony/utility with Cementatius Waterproof coating below 500 Sq.m - Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface like Roof, bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Newly Constructed Roof/Podium with 1K PU Waterproof coating upto 2000 Sq.m - Providing and Applying single component Polyurethane based cold applied seamless waterproofing coating to the RCC surface like Roof & Podium area applied @ 2.4kg/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1.5mm DFT, including a prime coat of solvent free, medium viscous, epoxy primer @0.2L/m2 and protection with 120gsm Geo- textile over the 7 days cured waterproofing membrane.The Waterproofing material shall have Solids > 85%, Tensile strength >2 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation at break >400% confirms to ASTM C 1305 for crack bridging ability (no cracks up to 3.2mm) Shore A Hardness >55 as per ASTM D 2240, Adhesion to peel after water immersion as per ASTM C 794 at 5.2N. Resistance to root penetration as per UNE CN/ TS 14416. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 60gsm Geo-textile over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks and laying 120GSM Geo-textile as seperation/protective layer over the fully cured PU coating completely as per specification.

UGT/OHT (inside) waterproofing with Anti microbial Coating Waterproofing: Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface of the UGT/ OHT tank applied @ 2.2kg/m2 break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification. Followed by applying 15 mm thick dimensionally stable fibrous reinforced cementitious structural grade dual shrinkage Polymer Mortar on as protective plastering @ 29kg/m2. The material having Compressive strength of 38 MPa at 28 days as per EN 12190, Adhesive Bond Test, >1.5 Mpa as per EN 1542, followed by Water curing by sprinkling water for 3 times a day for 5- 7 days. Followed by applying two component, water-based food grade epoxy resin coating on inside surface of Potable water tank having anti- algae, antifungal, Non-toxic, hygiene cum damp-proof coating Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA, having mixing Ratio (Base: Hardener: Water) – 1:1:1 to be applied @ 0.35 Kg/m2 in 2 coats. Ensure that this coating is applied over the protective plaster. The Waterproofing material shall have Specific Gravity: 1.2, Water vapor permeance: 244.48 g/m2/24 hrs, as per IS 7809/Pt 2/1977, Adhesion strength: 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541: 02. The finished cost to include surface preparation completely as per specification

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 12.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and Four plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Stucco plastering 12mm thick using blue granite chips of size 10mm and below over a base plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick, etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Aluminium work for door/window/louvers/ventilators etc. frame and shutter Providing and fixing in position frames/ shutter for any type of aluminium work like aluminium door, composite door-window, window (sliding, openable, side hung, top hung, fixed etc.), aluminium partition, aluminium fixed louvers, fixed window with any type of aluminium sections and framing for any interior works of approved make and finished with minimum 50 micron pure polyester powder coating of approved shade, texture & colour of approved make for all floors/ all levels/ all heights/ all shapes/ all sizes including cutting, bending, crimping, fabricating in best workmanship manner etc as per the drawing, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of providing any type of aluminium sections, cutting, fabrication, hoisting and fixing. In case of sliding wiindow, suitable aluminium section including adjustable/ fixed Teflon roller bearing set with reinforced nylon casing of approved make (twin or single wheel according to weight and size) and sliding flush handle with/without lock shall be included in this item without any extra cost.

Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter of following type with thickness with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos SS 304 Grade Butt Hinges of size (125mm x 30mm), 2 Nos .300x12mm aluminium tower bolt 1 No. 200x12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no. 250x16mm aluminium aldrops, 2 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Single leaf. Type : Thickness:35MM

1 mm thick laminate Providing & Fixing 1 mm thick high pressure (factory pressed) laminate sheet of any type, any finish, any shade, any texture of approved make and shade with high-density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS: 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. Laminate shall be applied on the door shutter, wall paneling, ceiling, or any interior work, etc. The sample shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The actual installed area of the laminate shall be measured for payment.

Glass Providing and fixing glass in the door, window, ventilation, fixed glazing, partitions, etc. for all levels, all floors, all heights with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket, etc. complete as per the issued drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of beading shall be covered under basic item). Glass shall be of any shade, any size, any shape of approved make as per issued drawing and confirm to IS:2835 or IS:2553. The sample shall be approved before execution of the work. The installed area shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.

a) With clear toughened glass panes of 6.0 mm thickness

SS Mosquito net Providing and fixing fly-proof stainless steel net/mesh of grade 304 made out of wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture in any type of door, window, ventilation frame or shutter, behind louvers etc (openable or fixed) as per the issued drawing with matching first class teak wood beading/aluminum beading with required screws, nails, fasteners, etc. complete for all floors, all levels, all heights and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall be inclusive of SS mesh, with all required accessories but excluding the cost of aluminum work, wooden work, hardware and polish work in case of openable shutter. The installed area shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage. The sample shall be approved before the execution of the work.

a) Door closer confirm to EN 2-4 for door width up to 1000mm and height up to 2400mm and as per manufacturer's specification.

SS 304 Butt hinges Providing and fixing SS 304 butt hinges in matt stainless steel finish of specified size of an approved make for all levels, all floors, and all heights for any type of door, with required SS 304 screws, etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of fixing as per the manufacturer’s specifications and maintaining it in good working condition. The Contractor shall arrange loose samples for approval from the Engineer-in-Charge before procurement and execution.

SS 304 Tower bolt Providing and fixing SS 304 grade tower bolts in matt finish of specified size, and specified shape (with or without flap) for doors, windows, transom, etc. of an approved make for all levels, all floors, and all heights for any type of door, with required SS 304 screws and accessories of the required size for fixing, etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of fixing as per the manufacturer’s specifications and maintaining it in good working condition. The Contractor shall arrange loose samples for approval from the Engineer-in-Charge before mass procurement and execution.

b) 300 mm x 10 mm rod size

SS 304 Indicator bolt Providing and fixing SS 304 indicator bolt in matt finish of specified size for the Toilet door with a thumb turn inside & emergency release & indicator on the outside, of an approved make, for all levels, all floors, and all heights for any type of door, with required SS 304 screws and accessories of required size for fixing, etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of fixing as per the manufacturer’s specifications and maintaining it in good working condition. The Contractor shall arrange loose samples for approval from the Engineer-in-Charge before mass procurement and execution. SS 304 baby latch Providing and fixing SS 304, 100 mm long baby latch in matt finish including required bracket, of an approved make for all levels, all floors, and all heights for any type of door, with required SS 304 screws and accessories of the required size for fixing, etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of fixing as per the manufacturer’s specifications and maintaining it in good working condition. The Contractor shall arrange loose samples for approval from the Engineer-in-Charge before mass procurement and execution.

SS 304 Aldrops Providing and Fixing SS 304 Grade matt Finish 1.8 mm Thickness Aldrops of 16 mm dia x minimum 250 mm including 3 nos. fixing Bracket and 1 no. locking bracket of approved make with necessary MS nickle Plating Bolts etc. complete for all floor, all height, all level as directed by engineer in charge. with required SS 304 screws, and accessories of the required size for fixing, etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of fixing as per manufacturer’s specification & maintaining it in good working condition. The contractor shall arrange loose Samples for approval from the Engineer-in-Charge before mass procurement and execution.

SS 304 Tadi Providing & fixing SS 304 Grade matt Finish 8" long (minimum rod size shall be 15mm) "J" type Tadi including 3 nos. fixing Bracket of approved make with necessary screws, pins, bolts etc. complete for all floor, all height, all level as directed by engineer in charge. with required SS 304 screws, and accessories of the required size for fixing, etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of fixing as per manufacturer’s specification & maintaining it in good working condition. The contractor shall arrange loose Samples for approval from the Engineer-in-Charge before mass procurement and execution.

Mirror with aluminum frame: Providing and fixing 6mm thick superior quality wall hung mirror with modular aluminium frame. Mirror shall be extra clear, decorative type, best quality, bevelled edge at the periphery and of an approved make, in any shape and size. The aluminium frame shall be up to 100mm wide, extruded type, with anodized finish of an approved make in any shape and shade. The backing of the mirror shall be 8mm thick cement bonded particle board/fibre cement board and fixed with silicon sealant/double sided tape to the mirror. The mirror assembly shall be with a floating hanging system with required hanger, Z bar or french cleat etc., complete, in proper plumb and level etc. for all floors, all levels, all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the mirror,cement fiberboard, anodised aluminium framing, including adhesive, double sided tape, screws, fasteners and all required accessories. Out to out area of the mirror with the aluminium frame shall be considered for payment without any wastage.

Rolling Shutter Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of an approved make, made of 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with a 1.25 mm thick top cover, interlocked together along their entire length and jointed at the ends with end locks, mounted on a specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides, and arrangements for inside and outside locking, operated with push and pull operation. This includes the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs made from high tensile steel wire conforming to IS: 4454 - Part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness including providing mechanical device chain and crank operation for operating the rolling shutter. Additionally, provision is made for grilled rolling shutters manufactured from 8 mm diameter M.S. bars instead of laths, as per the design approved by the Engineer-in-charge (the area of the grill equals the width of the shutter and the required height). The rate shall include epoxy primer and PU paint of an approved make and shade, applied to both sides as per the manufacturer's specifications, along with the guide channel and hood cover of the rolling shutter. Out-to-out dimensions of the shutter, including the guide channel and hood cover, shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing 2-hour fire-rated metal doors (openable/fixed) (single/double shutter door with 120-minute integrity and 30-minute insulation) of an approved make and in any shade any finish as per IS 3614 – 2021 for stability and integrity having the dimension as per design intent with following specification: Fire-Rated Metal Door Frame: The fire-rated door frame shall be a single rebated profile of size 125mm x 55mm, made from a minimum 1.60mm (16 gauge) thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be as per the tested design and field-assembled with self tabs. All provisions for hardware shall be mortised, drilled, and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames shall have an inbuilt grooved sealing system and shall be site-fitted with an EPDM smoke seal as per IS:3614-2021. Rubber door silencers shall be provided on the striking jamb. Frames shall be supplied with back plate brackets and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once installed, the frame shall be filled with PUF as recommended by the manufacturer or the Engineer-in-charge. Fire-Rated Metal Door shutter The fire-rated door shutter shall be a 46mm thick, fully flushed, double skin metal door (single or double shutters) with or without a vision panel. The door shutter shall be manufactured from a minimum 1.2mm (18 gauge) thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction shall include rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be high-density insulation with intumescent seals and smoke seals as per IS: 3614-2021. All doors shall be factory-prepared for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcements for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges shall be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For double doors, astragals shall be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaves. Where applicable, vision panels shall be provided with a minimum 5mm thick fire-rated glass, as per the manufacturer’s recommendation, with a clip-on arrangement. Finish: The door shutter and frame shall be finished with a minimum 50-micron pure polyester powder coating and shall have passed a minimum 500 hours of salt spray testing, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Toilet cubical - with bottom and wall support Providing and fixing floor-mounted toilet/shower cubicle systems (with bottom and wall supports) of an approved make, in the required size, including partitions and doors. The system shall consist of 18mm thick compact boards, which shall be antibacterial and antifungal, conforming to the latest applicable standards IS: 2046-1995 and EN 438:2016, with Green Guard Certification. The system shall include doors, pilasters, and intermediate panels, all resistant to heat, bacteria, water, chemicals, scratches, termites, and impact. The compact boards shall exhibit resistance to water immersion, with permissible increases in thickness and mass of less than 0.60%. The compact panels shall be of an approved shade, texture, and make. For structural support, the cubicles shall be secured to the end walls with MS members as per the manufacturer’s specifications. Mid panels and pilasters shall be additionally supported by SS (316 grade) top supports, if required, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

Paving the floor with best quality vitrified Tiles of following size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Granite stones - for flooring - fixing with cement mortar Providing and laying granite stones of specified thickness, specified finish, any shade (uniform), any size, and any shape for flooring, in required design and patterns as per the drawings, laid over an average 40 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) bedding, and joined with grooves or without grooves, with grey/white cement slurry, mixed with a pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including finishing, rubbing, curing, polishing, cleaning, protection, scaffolding, wastage, etc., all complete, for all levels, all floors, all heights, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of granite (as per the approved sample), fixed with cement mortar bedding, cement slurry, matching pigment, all labour, etc complete, but excluding filling with epoxy grout (if required as per the drawing) and additional cement mortar bedding/concrete screed bedding (if required as per the drawing), which shall be payable under the relevant Tender items. The Contractor shall arrange loose samples for approval from the Engineer-in-Charge before mass execution. The actual laid area of the granite stone shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.

18 mm thick polished granite flooring ,any type of textured finish granite flooring, i.e. river washeded, leather finish, linen finish, lappato finish or similar finish

Granite stones - for dado/cladding - fixing with adhesive Providing and laying granite stones of specified thickness, specified finish, of any shade (uniform), any size, and any shape for cladding, dado, pillars, wall lining, etc. as per the drawings, laid in any pattern, fixed on any type of leveled surface with minimum 6mm thick stone fixing adhesive as per IS-15477 of an approved, make and joined with grooves or without grooves, with grey/white cement slurry mixed with a pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including finishing, rubbing, cleaning, protection, scaffolding, wastage, curing and polishing, etc. all complete, for all levels, all floors, all heights, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The length/width of stones for the dado shall be as per the design to match the joint and pattern of the flooring as per the drawing. The exposed edges of the granite stones shall be pencil-cornered and polished the same as the slab. The rate shall be inclusive of granite (as per the approved sample), adhesive for fixing, cement slurry, matching pigment, all labour, etc. all complete, but excluding cement mortar plaster/backing coat and filling with epoxy grout (if required as per the drawing) which shall be payable under relevant Tender items. The Contractor shall arrange loose samples for approval from the Engineer-in-Charge before mass execution. The actual laid area of the granite stones shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.

Granite stone - for sill-jambs - fixing with adhesive Providing and laying granite stones in a single piece of specified thickness, the specified finish of any shade (uniform), any size, and any shape forming window sills/jambs as per the drawings. Granite stone slabs to have pencil corners and the same polish at the exposed edge in even and uniform thickness and laid over any type of leveled surface, and fixed with minimum 6mm thick stone fixing adhesive as per IS-15477 of an approved make, and joined (paper joint) with grey/white cement slurry mixed with a pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing, curing, polishing, cleaning, protection, scaffolding, wastage, etc. all complete, for all levels, all floors, all heights, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Joint with adjoining surface shall be finished as per the drawing. Rate shall be inclusive of granite (as per the approved sample), adhesive for fixing, cement slurry, matching pigment, all labour etc. complete, but excluding cement mortar bedding/plaster/backing coat which shall be payable under relevant Tender items. The Contractor shall arrange loose samples for approval from the Engineer-in-Charge before mass execution. The actual laid area of the granite stones shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.

18 mm thick granite vanity/washbasin counters and facias: Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and pre-polished, machine cut granite of any size, any shape, any shade, for vanity/ wash basin counters and fascias, and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) base, joints treated with white cement, mixed with a matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including making all holes & cutouts for SS sink, wash basin, piller tap/ bib cocks, rubbing, curing, rounding edges, champhering and polishing to edges, to give a high gloss finish etc., complete, at all levels, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The plan area of the counter and the elevation area of the facia shall be measured for payment. If required, metal framing/supports shall be paid in relevant Tender items..

18 mm thick granite urinal partition: Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, both side polished, premoulded and pre-polished, machine cut granite of any size, any shape, any shade for urinal partition and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture, laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with a matching pigment, including curing, rounded edges, champhering and edge mirror polishing etc., complete, at all levels, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If required, metal framing/supports shall be paid in relevant Tender items.The actual installed elevation area of urinal partition shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.

China Mosaic flooring Providing & laying china mosaic flooring for plain and curved surfaces, comprising of 20 to 25 mm size broken white/colour pieces of ceramic/glazed tiles laid over 12 to 15mm thick cement mortar, 1:6 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) bedding including applying cement slurry at the rate of 2.75 kg per sqm on plain or sloped surfaces with joints not exceeding 5 mm, including filling the gaps with white cement mixture & mixing with synthetic polyester fiber, triangular in shape having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40, cross-section size ranging from 10 to 40 micron & length up to 6mm, mixing fiber @ 125 grams per 50kg of cement in cement mortar, including providing and mixing waterproofing material in mortar @ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The flooring shall be tampered with a wooden rammer not exceeding 2 Kg in weight to bring the mortar up to the surface, including rounding of the junctions and extending them up to 150 mm. along the parapet wall. The rate shall include bands if a different colour is used, any pattern or design as per drawing and direction, making vata/ fillet, curing, cleaning with water and oxalic acid, etc. complete. Only the Plan area shall be measured for payment.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic Interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

In case of TMT bars/MS bars of any dia is required to fixed with MS fabricated structure by any means for astheticall purpose to match the design intent, it shall be included in this item & its weight shall be considered for payment purpose without considering any wastage.

Stainless steel (304 grade) - Fabrication works Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing, hand rail, recessed manhole cover, Q-manager, gratings, framing for any elements, bollards, tree strips, tree pit cover, guard bars, ladders, brackets, corner guards, skirtings, kick plates, manhole covers, floor raceway covers, thresholds, and similar works made of hollow tubes, channels, angles, flats, plates, etc. This includes welding, bending, grinding, buffing, polishing, and forming curvature where required. The installation shall include necessary stainless-steel nuts and bolts, complete, with all necessary accessories, SS 304 -grade dash fasteners,welding by any means and adhesive of an approved make, with stainless steel bolts of the required size. These elements will be fixed on the top of the floor or the side of the waist slab with suitable arrangements as per the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge, applicable to all floors, heights, and levels. The Contractor shall submit shop drawings based on the intent drawings for all structural elements, along with design calculations to ensure the stability of the elements. Approval of the shop drawings must be obtained before the execution of work. This item excludes SS modular railing systems. The weight (by theoretical means) of SS members/structure/element shall be considered for payment without considering wastage, fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.

Clearing Light Jungle

Sub grade preparation and consolidation Preparation, consolidation and compacting of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an required depth, dressing to camber, consolidating and compacting with road roller or by any other means as directed by the engineer incharge including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with all lead and lift.

GSB Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing close graded Material conforming to required grade with required size of aggregate (respective as per grade) having CBR Value as per respective grade specifications/crusher run, mixing in a mechanical mix/mix in place method plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tipper to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per latest MoRTH clause 401 and as directed by Engineer in charge.

WMM Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as peras per latest MoRTH clause 406 and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Granite - 50 mm thick - external flooring: Providing and laying 50mm thick granite stone flooring of required size, shape, of an approved type, shade and finish —such as polished, river washed, flamed, leather, linen, sandblasted, or similar—in any uniform shade, any size for pavements, driveways, plazas, drop off points, stair treads, coping, etc. with even thickness at the exposed edges, over 40 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand), sides covered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand), including without grooves(fit joint) or with grooves including cutting grooves of minimum 5mm size, pointing, finishing and filling the grooves with cement mortar and matching pigment as per the approved sample, including curing and cleaning with a wire brush to remove excess cement on the sides of the stones, up to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charges etc., as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. No mortar is to be visible on the surface. Exposed edges of the stones shall have rounded corners in even thickness and finished the same as the stone finish, as per the drawings and as approved and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The loose sample of granite and laid mockup shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before mass execution. The architect and the Engineer-in-charge reserves the right to reject part or all of the work if it is substandard not as per the approved sample or per mock-up. The area of laid granite flooring shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage. In case of groove filling required by epoxy grout, It shall be paid in relevant tender item, However, Cementetitious grout filling is including in this item.

Solid Granite work - Kerb/Bollard /Bench/Light pole etc similar work Providing and fixing in position machine cut solid stone work made out of best quality granite stone in various type of stone elements (factory made if instructed by the Engineer in charge) i.e. kerbs, copings, solid steps, solid seating, bench, light fixtures, light pole, light bollard, any type of pole, solid bollards, gate column, dustbin base, SFP base, water spout, water spout cover, stone envelope for water fountain, Dustbin, stone envelope for any element or other similar elements in required size, shape, finish, texture and thickness as per design intent/drawing. The exposed surface of stone shall be with desired finish as per drawing. Stone shall be with chamfered, rounded, moulded at edge surface as per drawing (if required). Carving work shall be done for motif/ carving up to 50mm depth on any type of natural stone surface in any type of stone elements by manual or with CNC/ water jet machine / by any means as per drawing/ design. Any type of stone elements shall be laid over a minimum 15mm to 20mm thick base Cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) (as per requirement) and fixed with stone dowels, SS 316 anchor fastener, cramps and pins, any type of proprietary mechanical fixing system as approved, stone fixing adhesive/ epoxy of approved make as per requirement including pointing with resin based cementitious grout of matching shade/ cement mortar 1:2 (1 white/grey cement : 2 stone dust of same stone) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. Contractor shall make provision for fixing metal chain in bollard between two bollard as per design intent. Stability of the stone elements shall be responsibility of the contractor. No mortar is to be visible on the surface of surrounding flooring/elements/stone works. Sample and mock-up shall be approved before execution.

Perforated precast concrete drain cover: Supply and installation of 100 mm thick factory-made, machine-batched, and machine-mixed perforated precast fair-finish RCC covers for drains/catch pits on footpaths of various sizes. The covers shall be made of M-25 grade cement concrete and reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade, placed at a maximum of 100 mm c/c in both directions. The finished surface shall be treated with neat cement punning. All edges of the covers shall be properly encased with a 1.6 mm thick, 100 mm wide MS sheet, painted with a priming coat. The reinforcement bars shall be welded at the edges to the MS sheet. Two 12 mm dia bars shall be provided for hooks, etc., including the cost of, cartage, all leads and lifts, and handling at the site etc., all complete, as per the directions of The Architect and The Engineer-in-Charge. A sample and mock-up shall be submitted to the Architect and The Engineer-in-Charge for approved prior to execution.

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60cm x 60cm of best approved quality as per standard specification etc., complete compying with standard specifications

Chharoo finish flooring Providing and laying brick bat chharoo/ Red murrum and screed GSB respectively in (80:20) ratio over subbase including spreading in uniform layer of 200mm thickness (approximate) consolidating with plate compactor or 10 ton roller watering and finishing in level and slope as shown in the drawing or as directed by engineer in charge. The sample and mock up shall be prepared by the contractor for approval from the architect and the Engineer-in-Charge before mass production. The architect and the Engineer-in-Charge reserves right to reject part or all of the work which is found to be sub standard or not as per the approved sample and the mock up. The sample and mock shall not be payble if rejected or cast in another location (not in scope of work area).

Providing and fixing on any type of floor stainless steel 316 Grade modular tactile guiding strip of size 270mm x 25mm at top and 280mm x 35mm at bottom and 5mm raised of approved make and pattern in required finish (Linear Grooves, Crosshatch Diamonds, carborundum Insert) and as per "CPWD manual on Accessible Built Environment". Strip shall be fixed with anchoring and grouting (drill and fit with adhesive) in any kind of flooring/ heavy duty self adhesive or as per manufacturer's specification. Loose and laid sample shall be approved before execution by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on any type of floor stainless steel 316 Grade modular tactile warning studs of size 25mm Ø at top and 35mm Ø at bottom and 5mm raised of approved make and pattern in required finish (Concentric rings, Crosshatch Diamonds, carborundum Insert) and as per "CPWD manual on Accessible Built Environment". Stud shall be fixed with anchoring and grouting (drill and fit with adhesive) in any kind of flooring/ heavy duty self adhesive or as per manufacturer's specification. Loose and laid sample shall be approved before execution by Engineer-in-charge.
