Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)
Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, Sill slabs etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, vertical stiffener, side support and Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).
Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c, etc complete complying with standard specifications. Underground structures waterproofing with HDPE membrane - Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, Below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded 1.5 mm thick HDPE waterproofing pressure sensitive adhesive membrane over PCC before laying raft concrete having higher puncture resistance of 1000N as per ASTM E 154, confirming to BS 8102 & IS 16471:2017, requirements of UG waterproofing structures. Laying adjacent sheets by keeping overlap of 75mm, end overlaps to be treated using double sided tape. The membrane shall have Tensile strength >25 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 500% as per ASTM D 412, Hydrostatic head resistance >70m head of water as per ASTM D 5385, Low Temperature Flexibility: -25 deg C, Peel Adhesion to Concrete >880 N/m as per ASTM D 903 Modified, UV Exposure > 45 Days. The finished cost including surface preparation completely as per specification.
Retaining wall/ UG tank wall (outside) Waterproofing with SBS Membrane - Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Retaining wall, water retaining structures outside with fully bonded 1.6mm Thick SBS modified self-adhesive, cross laminated HDPE lining waterproofing membrane, conforming to IS 16471:2017 Type A, requirements of UG waterproofing structures, The SBS membrane shall have Mass per Unit Area > 1.8 Kg/m2 as per ASTM D 5147, Puncture resistance > 200 N as per ASTM E 154, Elongation > 180% as per ASTM D 412-06, Tensile Strength > 4 Mpa as per ASTM D 412- 06, Tear resistance > 20 N/mm as per ASTM D 4073, Hydrostatic pressure > 50M as per DIN 1048. The lap with HDPE membrane shall be 100mm treated with TS tape. followed by the installation of 8-10mm THK polyethylene dimpled drain board having compressive strength > 400kN/m2 (as per ISO 25619-2). The finished cost includes surface preparation, making coving and a coat of solvent based bituminous primer @ 0.25l/m2 on entire surface before laying membrane completely as per specification.

The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.
Newly Constructed Roof/Podium with 1K PU Waterproof coating upto 2000 Sq.m - Providing and Applying single component Polyurethane based cold applied seamless waterproofing coating to the RCC surface like Roof & Podium area applied @ 2.4kg/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1.5mm DFT, including a prime coat of solvent free, medium viscous, epoxy primer @0.2L/m2 and protection with 120gsm Geo- textile over the 7 days cured waterproofing membrane.The Waterproofing material shall have Solids > 85%, Tensile strength >2 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation at break >400% confirms to ASTM C 1305 for crack bridging ability (no cracks up to 3.2mm) Shore A Hardness >55 as per ASTM D 2240, Adhesion to peel after water immersion as per ASTM C 794 at 5.2N. Resistance to root penetration as per UNE CN/ TS 14416. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 60gsm Geo-textile over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks and laying 120GSM Geo-textile as seperation/protective layer over the fully cured PU coating completely as per specification.

The aluminium frame shall be up to 100mm wide, extruded type, with anodized finish of an approved make in any shape and shade. The backing of the mirror shall be 8mm thick cement bonded particle board/fibre cement board and fixed with silicon sealant/double sided tape to the mirror. The mirror assembly shall be with a floating hanging system with required hanger, Z bar or french cleat etc., complete, in proper plumb and level etc. for all floors, all levels, all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rolling Shutter Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of an approved make, made of 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with a 1.25 mm thick top cover, interlocked together along their entire length and jointed at the ends with end locks, mounted on a specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides, and arrangements for inside and outside locking, operated with push and pull operation. This includes the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs made from high tensile steel wire conforming to IS: 4454 - Part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness including providing mechanical device chain and crank operation for operating the rolling shutter. Additionally, provision is made for grilled rolling shutters manufactured from 8 mm diameter M.S. bars instead of laths, as per the design approved by the Engineer-in-charge (the area of the grill equals the width of the shutter and the required height). The rate shall include epoxy primer and PU paint of an approved make and shade, applied to both sides as per the manufacturer's specifications, along with the guide channel and hood cover of the rolling shutter. Providing and fixing 2-hour fire-rated metal doors (openable/fixed) (single/double shutter door with 120-minute integrity and 30-minute insulation) of an approved make and in any shade any finish as per IS 3614 – 2021 for stability and integrity having the dimension as per design intent with following specification: Fire-Rated Metal Door Frame: The fire-rated door frame shall be a single rebated profile of size 125mm x 55mm, made from a minimum 1.60mm (16 gauge) thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be as per the tested design and field-assembled with self tabs. All provisions for hardware shall be mortised, drilled, and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames shall have an inbuilt grooved sealing system and shall be site-fitted with an EPDM smoke seal as per IS:3614-2021. Rubber door silencers shall be provided on the striking jamb. Frames shall be supplied with back plate brackets and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once installed, the frame shall be filled with PUF as recommended by the manufacturer or the Engineer-in-charge. Fire-Rated Metal Door shutter The fire-rated door shutter shall be a 46mm thick, fully flushed, double skin metal door (single or double shutters) with or without a vision panel. The door shutter shall be manufactured from a minimum 1.2mm (18 gauge) thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction shall include rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be high-density insulation with intumescent seals and smoke seals as per IS: 3614-2021. All doors shall be factory-prepared for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcements for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges shall be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For double doors, astragals shall be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaves. Where applicable, vision panels shall be provided with a minimum 5mm thick fire-rated glass, as per the manufacturer’s recommendation, with a clip-on arrangement. Finish: The door shutter and frame shall be finished with a minimum 50-micron pure polyester powder coating and shall have passed a minimum 500 hours of salt spray testing, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In case of TMT bars/MS bars of any dia is required to fixed with MS fabricated structure by any means for astheticall purpose to match the design intent, it shall be included in this item & its weight shall be considered for payment purpose without considering any wastage.
Stainless steel (304 grade) - Fabrication works Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing, hand rail, recessed manhole cover, Q-manager, gratings, framing for any elements, bollards, tree strips, tree pit cover, guard bars, ladders, brackets, corner guards, skirtings, kick plates, manhole covers, floor raceway covers, thresholds, and similar works made of hollow tubes, channels, angles, flats, plates, etc. This includes welding, bending, grinding, buffing, polishing, and forming curvature where required. The installation shall include necessary stainless-steel nuts and bolts, complete, with all necessary accessories, SS 304 -grade dash fasteners,welding by any means and adhesive of an approved make, with stainless steel bolts of the required size. These elements will be fixed on the top of the floor or the side of the waist slab with suitable arrangements as per the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge, applicable to all floors, heights, and levels. The Contractor shall submit shop drawings based on the intent drawings for all structural elements, along with design calculations to ensure the stability of the elements. Approval of the shop drawings must be obtained before the execution of work. This item excludes SS modular railing systems. The weight (by theoretical means) of SS members/structure/element shall be considered for payment without considering wastage, fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.
Clearing Light Jungle
Sub grade preparation and consolidation Preparation, consolidation and compacting of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an required depth, dressing to camber, consolidating and compacting with road roller or by any other means as directed by the engineer incharge including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with all lead and lift.
GSB Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing close graded Material conforming to required grade with required size of aggregate (respective as per grade) having CBR Value as per respective grade specifications/crusher run, mixing in a mechanical mix/mix in place method plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tipper to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per latest MoRTH clause 401 and as directed by Engineer in charge.
WMM Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as peras per latest MoRTH clause 406 and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Granite - 50 mm thick - external flooring: Providing and laying 50mm thick granite stone flooring of required size, shape, of an approved type, shade and finish —such as polished, river washed, flamed, leather, linen, sandblasted, or similar—in any uniform shade, any size for pavements, driveways, plazas, drop off points, stair treads, coping, etc. with even thickness at the exposed edges, over 40 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand), sides covered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand), including without grooves(fit joint) or with grooves including cutting grooves of minimum 5mm size, pointing, finishing and filling the grooves with cement mortar and matching pigment as per the approved sample, including curing and cleaning with a wire brush to remove excess cement on the sides of the stones, up to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charges etc., as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. No mortar is to be visible on the surface. Exposed edges of the stones shall have rounded corners in even thickness and finished the same as the stone finish, as per the drawings and as approved and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The loose sample of granite and laid mockup shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before mass execution. The architect and the Engineer-in-charge reserves the right to reject part or all of the work if it is substandard not as per the approved sample or per mock-up. The area of laid granite flooring shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage. In case of groove filling required by epoxy grout, It shall be paid in relevant tender item, However, Cementetitious grout filling is including in this item.
Solid Granite work - Kerb/Bollard /Bench/Light pole etc similar work Providing and fixing in position machine cut solid stone work made out of best quality granite stone in various type of stone elements (factory made if instructed by the Engineer in charge) i.e. kerbs, copings, solid steps, solid seating, bench, light fixtures, light pole, light bollard, any type of pole, solid bollards, gate column, dustbin base, SFP base, water spout, water spout cover, stone envelope for water fountain, Dustbin, stone envelope for any element or other similar elements in required size, shape, finish, texture and thickness as per design intent/drawing. The exposed surface of stone shall be with desired finish as per drawing. Stone shall be with chamfered, rounded, moulded at edge surface as per drawing (if required). Carving work shall be done for motif/ carving up to 50mm depth on any type of natural stone surface in any type of stone elements by manual or with CNC/ water jet machine / by any means as per drawing/ design. Any type of stone elements shall be laid over a minimum 15mm to 20mm thick base Cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) (as per requirement) and fixed with stone dowels, SS 316 anchor fastener, cramps and pins, any type of proprietary mechanical fixing system as approved, stone fixing adhesive/ epoxy of approved make as per requirement including pointing with resin based cementitious grout of matching shade/ cement mortar 1:2 (1 white/grey cement : 2 stone dust of same stone) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. Contractor shall make provision for fixing metal chain in bollard between two bollard as per design intent. Stability of the stone elements shall be responsibility of the contractor. No mortar is to be visible on the surface of surrounding flooring/elements/stone works. Sample and mock-up shall be approved before execution.
Perforated precast concrete drain cover: Supply and installation of 100 mm thick factory-made, machine-batched, and machine-mixed perforated precast fair-finish RCC covers for drains/catch pits on footpaths of various sizes. The covers shall be made of M-25 grade cement concrete and reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade, placed at a maximum of 100 mm c/c in both directions. The finished surface shall be treated with neat cement punning. All edges of the covers shall be properly encased with a 1.6 mm thick, 100 mm wide MS sheet, painted with a priming coat. The reinforcement bars shall be welded at the edges to the MS sheet. Two 12 mm dia bars shall be provided for hooks, etc., including the cost of, cartage, all leads and lifts, and handling at the site etc., all complete, as per the directions of The Architect and The Engineer-in-Charge. A sample and mock-up shall be submitted to the Architect and The Engineer-in-Charge for approved prior to execution.

Chharoo finish flooring Providing and laying brick bat chharoo/ Red murrum and screed GSB respectively in (80:20) ratio over subbase including spreading in uniform layer of 200mm thickness (approximate) consolidating with plate compactor or 10 ton roller watering and finishing in level and slope as shown in the drawing or as directed by engineer in charge. The sample and mock up shall be prepared by the contractor for approval from the architect and the Engineer-in-Charge before mass production. The architect and the Engineer-in-Charge reserves right to reject part or all of the work which is found to be sub standard or not as per the approved sample and the mock up. The sample and mock shall not be payble if rejected or cast in another location (not in scope of work area).
Providing and fixing on any type of floor stainless steel 316 Grade modular tactile guiding strip of size 270mm x 25mm at top and 280mm x 35mm at bottom and 5mm raised of approved make and pattern in required finish (Linear Grooves, Crosshatch Diamonds, carborundum Insert) and as per "CPWD manual on Accessible Built Environment". Strip shall be fixed with anchoring and grouting (drill and fit with adhesive) in any kind of flooring/ heavy duty self adhesive or as per manufacturer's specification. Loose and laid sample shall be approved before execution by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing on any type of floor stainless steel 316 Grade modular tactile warning studs of size 25mm Ø at top and 35mm Ø at bottom and 5mm raised of approved make and pattern in required finish (Concentric rings, Crosshatch Diamonds, carborundum Insert) and as per "CPWD manual on Accessible Built Environment". Stud shall be fixed with anchoring and grouting (drill and fit with adhesive) in any kind of flooring/ heavy duty self adhesive or as per manufacturer's specification. Loose and laid sample shall be approved before execution by Engineer-in-charge.
