Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm, exc 50mm and n. exc. 100mm deep all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), of granite trap or basalt spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required

All as per item No 2 above but except stone Note :- Serviceable stone aggregate obtain from Item No 1 will be used.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal).

Preparing water bound macadam surfaces new or old by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on old or new WBM surface and preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exc 75mm thick) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen using VG 30 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm on old black top surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for continous brick edging with width equal to width of brick; of sub class B bricks and laid dry on verticaly with line and level complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30, 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using Tendem vibratory steel wheel, Static steel wheel rollers min capacity 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptioin and in any position not other wise specifically provided complete.

S&F for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade precast cement concrete/stone laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortor 1:3 including making the joint with or without grooves including making drainage opening where ever required complete as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge. Note (i) Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment (ii) precast CC kerb shall be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.)

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subase of floor, including necessay form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade set with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling for filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles or paver block laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for painting of two coats synthetic enemal paint over new kerb stone surface in white/yellow/black shades including priming coat and cleaning/preparation of the surface laid as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old decorated concrete surface and applying one coats of synthetic enemal paint over kerb stone in white/yellow/black shades design approved by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per square centimetre in field using 425 kg of cement per cubic metre thickness of concrete 25cm or less and compacting with using vaccume dewatering machine where directed and using surface plate vibrator for compaction over sub base, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for finishing to the concrete surface by brooming when concrete is green all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' for thickness of concrete slab in 150mm all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B'

Removing demolished materials out side of MOD land distance exc 1000m all as specified and directed.

S&F solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeale battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super right LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc allas specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

M&L for cleaning old dirt, oil/grease spots and foreign materials etc from road surface and applying 2.0mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved having clear and sharp edgs over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer marking proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed . Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger Paints. Note Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeniously composed of pigment resins and glass reflecto rizing beads in required proportion as perr MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS.
