1.Repairs to Kadambur PUM School Manalore tiled roof Building in Kadambur Panchayat Clean removal of cement plaster from walls including all labour charges, etc., copmlete

Dismantling the existing damaged Mangalore tiles including all labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of 80mmx40mm MS Pipe including all labour charges etc., complete

Special Ceiling Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three P.Sand), 10mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Fixing of polyurethane foam as External Wall Thermal insulation panels or Sandwich insulated panels with external 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvalume sheet with micro ribbed profile, whereas internal 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluoro carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free, high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) conforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc & accessories such as screws, fastners, sealants etc for fixing the panel etc., complete complying with standard specification (30mm thick PUF external wall panel)

Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer .

Re-Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Painting the wood works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use).

2.Repairs to Kadambur PUM School RCC Roof Building in Kadambur Panchayat Dismantling, Clearing away and caefully stacking materials useful fue re-use for any thickness of one coarse of pressed tile roof finish in cement mortar

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete].
