Note : All unserviceable materials obtained out of demolition/dismantling/taking down (other than those for which credit catered under Schedule of credit) shall be disposed of outside MoD Land. Quoted rates against respective item shall deemed to include for same.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete from existing conduits, from PVC Casing/capping with all fittings, such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, sockets, lamp holder, fan regulators, sketch/brackets light fittings (except tube light fitting) etc and removal of old material from site (except switches, sockets and fittings to be reused) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed to match with existing surfaces.

Taking down main switch/DB’s including MCB’s with board and fixture of any description and making good disturbed surface of walls etc complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable tube light fittings/light fittings/security lights any type and removal from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed to match with existing surfaces.

Taking down the existing unserviceable submain/service connection wiring any size and any description including conduits all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable of size 3.5 core 50 Sqmm laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe including removal of cable protection cover, GI tubing etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ )

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable drawn through PVC rigid non metallic conduit (minimum 20mm bore size) and conduit accessories concealed in walls/ceiling/floors all as per IS including sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes (Heavy duty) with 3mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets, regulators, bell push etc, including 1.5 Sq.mm solid copper conductor with green PVC FRLS-H insulated unsheathed earth continuity conductor to common earth & connecting to earth dolly for the following :- (Note : The rate quoted shall deemed to include for cutting chases for concealing PVC conduit and making good disturbed surfaces. )

M & L for point wiring complete for 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board with 4.0 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable drawn through and including PVC rigid non metallic conduit (minimum 25mm bore size) and conduit accessories concealed in walls/ceiling/floors all as per IS with MS concealed terminal boxes (Heavy duty) with 3mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets, including 4.0 Sq.mm multistranded copper conductor with green PVC FRLS-H insulated unsheathed earth continuity conductor to common earth & connecting to earth dolly. Note : (i) The rates for concealed type wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in the wall and makeing good the disturbuted surfaces of wall. (ii) For Geyser/AC point wiring socket shall be provided near Geyser/AC and switch shall be provided near gate or any other location as directed.

Supply and fix LED tube light fitting, 18 Watt 230 V, 50 Hz with with all standard fittings etc pre-wired including LED tube and connecting the fitting from ceiling rose/connector using copper flexible cord of size 1.5sqmm, 3 core of suitable length complete all as specified and directed. {Model/Make : Cat Part No BCLSB 18NW of make Bajaj or equivalent model of makes listed in List makes}.

Supply and fix LED tube light fitting, baton integrated LED channel 10 Watt 230 V, 50 Hz with with all standard fittings etc pre-wired including LED tube, colour temperature neutral white and connecting the fitting from ceiling rose/connector using copper flexible cord of size 1.5sqmm, 3 core of suitable length complete all as specified and directed. {Model/Make : Cat Part No BCLSB 10 NW of make Bajaj or equivalent model of makes listed in List makes}.

Supply and fix LED luminaire 10Watt, surface mounted, decorative bulk head fitting pre-wired, colour temperature neutral white and connecting the fitting from ceiling rose/connector using copper flexible cord of size 1.5sqmm, 3 core of suitable length complete all as specified and directed. {Model/Make : Cat Part No. WT202W LED6S NW PSU S2 PC of make Philips or equivalent model of makes listed in List makes}.

Supply and fix LED Security light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED, 25 watt as lighting source and lens embeded PC cover with IP66 protection and impect resistance of IK07 with bracket and clamp for wall mounting arrangments and connecting the fitting using copper flexible cord of size 1.5sqmm, 3 core of suitable length complete all as specified and directed. {Model/Make : Model ASTRA Cat Part No. LSTS-25-CDL of make Crompton or equivalent model of makes listed in List makes}. Note :- (i) Contractor shall furnish a written replacement warranty to the department in favour of GE for the complete fitting including its LEDs, Lens, Driver, SPD, Protection devices and all Electric/Electronics connected parts for a period of 3 (Three) years from the date of completion of the work. The complete documents regarding warranty shall be handed over to the AGE E/M at the time of execution of the items. For this purpose, contractor may obtain Warranty/ Extended warranty from the manufacturer for the above period. (ii) The warranty furnished by the contractor shall meet the reqirement in following conditions :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen of the LED/Luminaries. (iii) The contractor should submit latest LM-79 & LM-80 reports (Test certificate) for street light fittings from NABL accredited Lab. The quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive for above stipulations. (iv) All LED light/luminaries must meet the provision laid down in relevant ISs.

S & F sheet metal enclosure double door DB SPN 8 way, 240 volts protection class IP-43 made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with epoxy powder coated surface confirming to IS-13032, IS 8623, BS-5484 with tinned copper bus bar of 200 Amps capacity all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure vertical type double door DB TPN 4 way suitable to accomodate MCCB FP, 415 volts upto 160 Amps rating, protection class IP-54 IK-09 made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted as per IEC 61439-3, with copper bus bar of 250 Amps capacity for each phase, with two neutralbars, two Earth bars and cable ties for cable managementall as specified and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. {Model/Make : Cat Part No 5077 50 of make Legrand or equivalent model of makes listed in List makes}. (Note: MCCB & MCBs shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 volts, B-curve, rupturing capacity 10KA conforming to IEC-60898, Part-I complete, all as specified & directed.

S & F MCB SPN 40 Amps, 240 volts, B-curve, rupturing capacity 10KA conforming to IEC-60898, Part-I, complete, all as specified & directed.

S & F MCCB four pole 160 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 36 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz

S & F for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed FRLS-H cable 1100 Volt grade with 04 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm bore concealed in walls/ceilings/roofs including 4 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Two runs of main cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of conduit will be measured and paid as one length only. (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include for cutting chases for concealing PVC conduit and making good disturbed surfaces.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply/Laying / fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning of 3.5 core 50 Sqmm LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed cable heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ pipes/fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ. (b) GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ (c) Road cutting involved during excavation for laying of cables etc shall be made good as per existing road. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates of the item shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with sub class 'B' bricks, old size laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick 10mm with width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed.

S & F 20 mm bore Galvanised steel tubing light grade for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls/under road crossing/laid in trenches etc conforming to IS-1239 complete all as directed.

S & F 40 mm bore Galvanised steel tubing light grade for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls/under road crossing/laid in trenches etc conforming to IS-1239 complete all as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15mm bore for protection of earth wire and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 5 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing and including dismantling and taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, complete all as directed.
