Providing and repairing to internal plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (using Manufacture sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area up to 2.5 sq metres including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. Note: This item is inclusive of Scaffolding upto 6 meter height, beyond 6.0 meter height the scaffolding shall be paid under relevant item.

Extra for scaffolding to be erected for structural repairing/plastering/painting etc. to internal walls or RCC structures of height more than 6 m from floor level (high bays) and for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof. Note: This item shall be measured once for Plastering, Closure of wall opening, Structural repairing and Painting etc. activities. No separate claim shall be made for different activities. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Extra for cement punning for all types of mixes complete all as per specifications and as directed

Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry or as directed by the Engineer in charge including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (only area of the chicken mesh used alone will be measured)

Closure of wall opening upto 1 Sqm by brick work in cement mortar using Standard bricks of approved quality / class, make / brand in super structure above plinth at any level in all shapes and sizes including curing, raking out joints complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Brickwork in super structure with standard bricks in C.M 1:6 using Manufacture Sand Note: This item is inclusive of Scaffolding upto 6 meter height, beyond 6.0 meter height the scaffolding shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Wire brush for complete rust removal and applying rust converter to make the surface clean from rust. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using Anti-corrosive protective coating in the proportion as specified in manufacturer specification 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm. Note:- 1) Cost of material used for repair shall be paid separately in relevant sub-items as mentioned below 2) Contractor shall submit the Manufacturer Test Certificate while supply of material.

Supply of Concrete Migrating corrosion Inhibitor (M.C.I.) based on Bipolar Inhibition Mechanism (B.I.M.) on rebars & concrete surface both.

Supply of Anti corrosive protective coating system (Part A&B) for reinforcement bars.

Supply of Dual compensated, trowel-able fiber reinforced thixotropic repair Mortar equivalent to "Rendroc SP-40" of M/s. Fosroc, "MasterEmaco S 348" of M/s. BASF,"Smartcare Repair mortar" of M/s. Asian Paint, "Molith PMMF" of M/s. Krishna Conchem or "Monotop 122 F / Top 122 HS" of M/s. Sika etc.

Supply of single pack alkaline waterbased Rust convertor.

Charges for repair as per item no. 6 of damaged/spalled concrete portion. Including Following activities: 1. Chipping and removal of loose concrete. 2. Cleaning of Rebars using wire brush and water jetting. 3. Drying and application of Rust convertor. 4. Application of Migrating corrosion Inhibitor (M.C.I). 5. Application of Anti corrosive protective coating on Rebars. 6. Application of PMM. 7. Curing.

Lead charges for Lead Exceeding 1KM but not exceeding 2KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc. Debris Beyond 1 Km but up to and including 2 km. Note:The rates in respect of above item is applicable for NET Quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 30% from corresponding TRUCK Measurement.

Removing white or colour wash, distemper, external paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete all as directed at site including scaffolding, cleaning of the areas. Note: This item is inclusive of Scaffolding upto 6 meter height, beyond 6.0 meter height the scaffolding shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: This item is inclusive of Scaffolding upto 6 meter height, beyond 6.0 meter height the scaffolding shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing and painting One coat on old work with 1st quality premium plastic emulsion paint (ready made) of approved make and of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Note: This item is inclusive of Scaffolding upto 6 meter height, beyond 6.0 meter height the scaffolding shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing and applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade, including a coat of approved cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: This item is inclusive of Scaffolding upto 6 meter height, beyond 6.0 meter height the scaffolding shall be paid under relevant item.

Epoxy paint

Providing and painting two (or) more coats with Epoxy paint at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing with sand paper to remove dust, dirt etc, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper,by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, making free of rust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joints, cracks if any etc. complete.all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to acheive 200 micron film thickness (50 micron primer coat + 150 micron finishing coat). Note: This item is inclusive of Scaffolding upto 6 meter height, beyond 6.0 meter height the scaffolding shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing and painting one finished coat with Epoxy paint at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications, preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing with sand paper to remove dust, dirt etc., including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper,by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, making free of rust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joints, cracks if any etc. complete.all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to acheive 125 micron film thickness finishing coat. Note: This item is inclusive of Scaffolding upto 6 meter height, beyond 6.0 meter height the scaffolding shall be paid under relevant item.

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge

Providing and laying (IPS Flooring) cement concrete flooring 1:2:4, using Manufactured sand up to 50 mm thick finished smooth to the required level, finishing with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete as per specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and laying Self levelling Epoxy flooring (with or without Anti-static property) , including preparation of the surface, primer coat,screeding & levelling coat and finishing coat with Polyurethene coat of approved colour and shade of approved make all as per manufacturers specifications complete as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge (This Job to be carried out through a specialized approved agency)

Providing Microconcrete for strengthening/ jacketing/ retrofitting/ rehabilitating of Civil structures including mixing, shuttering, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Using 100% microconcrete)

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/RCC by suitable gun/ pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples/nozzles after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)

Supply, fixing and injecting using suitable injection needle/nozzle Packers for Ultra low Viscosity, high molecular weight thermoset polymer, Epoxy resin injection, which can fill finer cracks and honeycombed area in Concrete / RCC work. (Payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight in kg of Epoxy resin injected)

Supply, fixing and injecting using suitable injection needle/nozzle Packers for Shrinkage compensated stirrer mixed SBR polymer (2% by weight of Cement) modified Cementeous grouting injection. (Payment shall be made on the basis of actual value in Kg of Cement injected) SBR shall be from fresh stock with Manufacturer's latest test certificate conforming to the following specifications. pH :8 (minimum), Specific Gravity : 1.01 (minimum), Solid contents (%w/w) : 38 (minimum), Viscosity at 25 Deg. C (in Sec.) : 15 (minimum) using Ford B4 cup & of the following approved makes and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (1) M/s. Krishna Conchem (Monobond SBR) (2) M/s. CICO Technologies Limited. (Cico SBR latex) (3) M/s. Pidilite Industries Ltd. (Dr. Fixit 302 SBR super latex) (4) M/s. Sika (Sikalatex) (5) M/s. Fosroc (Nitobond SBR latex) (6) M/s. Asian paints (Smartcare Repair Polymer)

Sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size upto 25mm x 25mm and then primed the area with Epoxy resin and hardener as per manufacturer specification and while the surface is tacky fill the groove upto surface with epoxy mortar (1.4:9 Resin Hardener mix : Quartz sand) @1.5 Kg/ running metre. Once epoxy mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of epoxy resin and hardner solution @0.05kg/running metre per coat.
