M&L for machanized cutting and cleaning of vegetation and grass upto height 3 inch from ground level around the runway , taxi track and link roads of run way and other areas within Air Force Acamedy by providing 01 No 'D' type Jungle Jim having steel chain and bullet gear box alongwith tractor of capacity not less than 35 HP capacity and also including 01 Driver cum operator including necessary fuel / oil and lubricants etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Whereever movement of Jungle Jim is not feasible due to obstructions and at edges of pavement surfaces the same shall be cleared manually by bush cutter / grass cutter machine or in any other tools with manually complete all as directed.

Desiting of drain (open / closed) of any size by removing taking out silt, Sand, clay & sludge etc from the drain and removing the same to a distance exc 1.5 Km and not exc 5.0 Km with in MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The material obtained from desilting of drains shall be measured & Paid through stock measurement under this item only.

M&L for Cutting Existing surface of rigid pavement surfaces of runways upto a depth 40-50mm deep of any size by using mechanical saw cutter / diamond bit cutter with straight and smooth edges. Preparation and cleaning of the surface by removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease, and foreign matter by jet of dry air. Applying Self levelling modified Elastomeric Concrete, ShaliPatch EC10 of M/S STP Ltd or equivalent after applying primer with Shali Prime S / Shali Prime 2E SF of M/s STP Ltd or equivalent as per manufacturer’s instruction and finishing the surfaces to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be carried out by authorised applicator as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

M&L for Racking / Cuting out of old cracked portion of bitumen surface on runway / paver joints etc to a depth not less than 30 mm and cleaning and removal old loose material dirt etc. completely, applying priming coat with bitumen emulsion and filling with premix bituminous concrete, ShaliPatch of M/S STP or equivalent and applying two coats of ShaliSeal RS TC over compacted ShaliPatch and allow ShaliSeal TS TC to dry complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be carried out by authorised applicator as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

M&L for cutting out old cracked portion of bitumen surface , pot holes etc on runway surface to minimum 50 mm depth and cleaning and removal old material dirt, loose particles, foreign materials etc with compressed hot air completely applying priming coat with bitumen emulsion and filling with premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete ShaliPatch of M/S STP or equivalent and applying two coats of ShaliSeal RS TC over compacted ShaliPatch and allow ShaliSeal TS TC to dry complete. Work shall be carried out by authorised applicator as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Note :- (If pot hole is more than 50 mm deep, applying 50 mm layer in sussession and each layer will be measured and paid Seperately.)

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm) type B1 mix complete all as specified and as directed
