Sch A Part-I ROAD, PATH & CULVERT

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry wall, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) in ground floors n.exc 15cm thick (above or below grnd level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft and disintigarated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed .

Removing surplus excavated earth (soil/rock) to a distance n.exc 50m & Depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated earth (soil/rock) to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5.00Km & Depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling with 8-12 Tonne Power roller and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting etc surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 - 12 tonnes power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150 mm (spreed thickness soling with broken boulders or quarried stone (Granite / trap / basalt) interstices filled, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 - 12 tonnes power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150 mm thick water bound macadam in two equal layers of 75 mm each compacted thickness, with coarse aggregate of stone (granite / trap / basalt) 63 mm to 40 mm size, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8-12 tonnes power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for premix bituminous, macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness more than 75mm)using Tandam Road Roller with paving Bitumen VG- 30 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4 ) type B1 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stones, PCC block for footpath etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for semi dense bituminous concrete carpet 40 mm (consolidated) thick using graded crushed stone chipping as specified and paving bitumen binder VG-30 not less than 5.5% (minimum as per SSR Part-I) by weight of total mix (the exact quantity of binder shall be determined by design mix by marshal method) including loading of aggregate in hot mix plant 20 to 40 TPH transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with mechanical paver finisher 30 to 40 TPH to the required level and gradient rolling with tandem road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of road and applying 100mm wide & 1.5mm thick with resin thermoplastic reflective thermoplastic by hot application of approved colour and all as specified.

Material & Labour Cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) 100 mm thick as in flooring finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) including use and waste of formwork/screed strips and to divided the area in panels complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat of synthetic enamel paint on concrete surface over priming paints plaster coat of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch A Part-II Area Drainage

Excavating in trenches, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2, 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate exceeding 10 cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in copings, kneelers etc slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement but complete all as specified and directed.

M & L three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete.

M&L Precast RCC 1:2:4 type b1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate as cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and similar works etc. set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Sch A Part-III External Electrification.

Supply, Laying, joining & testing LT XLPE Insulated & sheathed armoured electric cables with multistranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes & aluminium lugs for connection for cross- sectional area 10 Sq mm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc. 1.5 meter wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix for DWC high density polyethylene pipes having dia 50mm having outer side wall corrugated and inner surface plain confirming to IS 14930 (Part-I & II) including straight/bend couplers to join two pipes for protection of underground cable laid in trenches/floor/fixed on pole/wall including all fittings and clamps as required complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil/rock.

Supply and fix GI tubing (light grade) with all fittings,laid in trenches, or fixed along with walls /poles,bore of pipe 40mm.

Taking down of LT panel with all cables disconnected and refixing of panel at relocation including angle welding,PCC work and allcables connected with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of LED Flood fitting 100w fixing on wall with fixing clamps with suitable for security light complete. Make : Philips/Wipro/Bajaj/Havells

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x not less than 6mm, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00mm dia by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of GI/steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 connected to earth test point/MCB DBs all as specified and indicated complete and including charcoal dust ,salt etc and GI protection pipe medium grade 15 mmand GI watering pipe 20mm medium grade with funnel and wire mesh,40 mm thick precast RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg/sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover, PCC M-15(Nominal mix) pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing road/PCC/RCC/Hard standing for laying of cable/pipe including making good the disturbed surface to match with the adjoining surfaces with PCC 1:3:6 C2 complete all as specified.
