Supply and fixing of cages for ASRS Bin on the existing base having a size of 2050x1250x1020 mm using powder coated MS heavy gauge 4 mm dia wire mesh with 10cmx10cm gap and poweder coated, rectangular /Sq tubular frame of 19mmx19mmx2mm thick size as Horizontal,vertical and intermediate members binding of the mesh at middle members to be fixed to existing base by sufficient number of nut bolts (NYLOCK NUTS ONLY TO BE USED) in addition to welding of the frame to the base to ensure sufiicient strength for manual and mechanical handling of the loaded bins with locking arrangement at top and bottom, painting of the finished bin including base with all accessories as required . The size of the cage should not exceed the size of avialble base One side (2.050 mtr side ) should be provided with doors in two flaps locakble at the middile top and bottom (Maximum allowed weight of bin with 1300 KG load shall be 1450Kg). The doors shall be suitably welded to the cage with minimum 3 nos of hinges ( 3 Inch size ) on each sides. Note : Upper and lower Lock will be supplied free of cost.Only fixing charges to be included Accessories for fixing of locks also included in th scope of supply
