Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out all excavated material in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of river sand in trenches below and above / around UG cable for cable protection, in duct under & above the cables including punning around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover, class LV, type-1 flat with size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Mehtab Tiles / Alankar Tiles / Pearlers Industries / SIND Mozaic Gujrat / JJ Concrete Lucknow.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR Part - 1, connected to earthing test point and complete all as specified and directed. Supply and spread 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate around the four pole of sub stations complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surface of any description for painting of fencing posts, MS flats, MS welded mesh inside or out side power house or sub stn with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) in Hard/dense soil n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surp soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for mild steel work conforming to as in angle iron (40mm x 40mm x 6mm) fencing posts & struts of any shape and size and as in FI (30x5mm) fillets for securing wire mesh etc, with & including necessary drilling holes, bolting and necessary earth & civil work etc, complete.

S&F for MS XPM (expanded metal) of weight not less than 4Kg per Sqm, cut to size & fixed with and including GI staples/binding wire & fixed to fencing post & shutter with FI fillets complete. (Note:- fencing post, Shutters & fillets measured & paid for separately).
