(A) M/C 65 (Tata LPT 715) Providing and fitting of M Oil filter (compatible with machine), including removal of old filter, cleaning of mounting surface, and fitting of new filter with proper tightening and sealing. The job includes cost of filter, labour charges, and all tools and accessories required to complete the work in all respect.

Providing and fitting of diesel filter set compatible with the machine, including supply of diesel filters, removal of old filters, cleaning of mounting area, fitting of new filters with proper tightening and sealing, bleeding of air from the fuel system, and testing for proper fuel flow and leak-free operation. The item includes cost of filter set, labour, and all tools, accessories, and consumables required to complete the job in all respects.

Removal/demounting of damaged wiper blade set from the wiper arms of the machine, and providing and fixing of new wiper blades compatible with the existing wiper assembly, including alignment, adjustment, and testing for smooth operation and effective wiping. The item includes cost of wiper blades, labour, and all tools and accessories required to complete the job in all respects.

Replacement of damaged coolant pipe by dismantling and removing the existing damaged pipe and providing and fitting new coolant pipe as per sample, including all necessary fittings, clamps, joints, testing for leakages, and all allied works complete .

Repairs to self-starter assembly of vehicle by dismantling the complete self-starter unit, cleaning and inspecting all components, checking armature, field coils, brushes, brush holder assembly, commutator, solenoid switch, drive pinion, overrunning clutch, bearings, bushings, shafts, springs, terminals and associated electrical connections; replacing worn-out, damaged or defective parts as required; carrying out rewinding/rectification of armature and field coils wherever necessary; machining and dressing of commutator, lubrication of moving parts, reassembly of the starter motor, testing on bench and after installation, including all consumables, labour, tools and tackles required for proper functioning of the self-starter assembly, complete in all respects.

Filling of M Oil, Antifreeze ,Gear Oil, Hydraulic Oil, TQ Oil, Brake Oil and Greasing of vehicles all to be supplied from SCCR Store

Repairs to Fuel Injection (F.I.) Pump assembly of Tata LPT 715 vehicle including removal of pump from engine, dismantling, cleaning and detailed inspection of all internal components, checking fuel delivery mechanism, plunger and barrel assemblies, delivery valves, nozzles,control rack, governor assembly, cam plate, roller tappets, seals, O-rings, gaskets and associated parts. The work shall include replacement of defective and worn-out components especially nozzles,plungers and Delivery valves, rectification of fuel delivery irregularities, adjustment of governor settings, calibration of pump elements on test bench, setting of specified fuel pressure and delivery rates, reassembly and refitting on the engine. The item further includes adjustment of fuel injection timing, bleeding of the fuel system, checking synchronization with injectors, testing under operating conditions, trial run and road testing for proper cold and hot starting performance, smooth engine operation and optimum fuel delivery. The work shall be carried out using approved tools, testing equipment and consumables and shall include all labour, tools and tackles, calibration charges, transportation of components wherever required, and all incidental expenses necessary to complete the job in all respects. The old and replaced material retrieved during the execution of work shall be returned to the concerned Sub-Division by the contracting agency.

Repairs to electrical system by way of replacement of damaged fuses, switches, lights and replacement of damaged wiring by way of engaging expert automobile electrician and providing/fitting of necessary wiring of suitable size as per sample.

(B) M/C LRV New (Ashok Leyland Stallion) Providing and filling of transmission oil (TQ Oil) compatible with machine

Providing and fitting of M Oil filter (compatible with machine), including removal of old filter, cleaning of mounting surface, and fitting of new filter with proper tightening and sealing. The job includes cost of filter, labour charges, and all tools and accessories required to complete the work in all respects.
