Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters n.exc 1.5 sqm each(without taking off shutters from the frame) and all as directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 02 above but exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4sqm each

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1sqm but not exc 2 sqm each and all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 2 sqm each and all as directed.

Taking down door shutters of any description exceeding 1 square metre and not exceeding 2 square metre each easing, and adjusting as required and re-fixing in same opening including renewal of screws complete , all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. complete.all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Slidingmesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm),Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. S&F factory made Aluminium window as per TD drg No. CEDZ/D-316 with following specifications: (i) outer frame of size 40mmx114mm with 1.3mm thickness, corner 45 degree cut aluminium welded (ii) center mullion of size 40mmx65mm (iii) welded shutter (02 nos) of size size 40mmx60mmx1.3mm thickness 45 degree cut mechanically joint with 6mm allen key bolt clamp with 5mm clear glass both side EPDM rubber gasket metal body hand lever type single point lock, aluminium kobra hinges 2 Nos per shutter (iv) 12mm SS 202 grade round bar safety grill at 100mm cc distance modified to 150mm cc distance in front of handle, welded at both ends with 6mm SS 202 grade round bar (v) Welded wire mesh shutter(02 nos) of size 40x18mmx1.3mm thickness 45 degree cut with 0.45mm nominal dia of SS wire mesh, SS 75mm long hinges & PVC magnet. (vi) Entire window shall be powder coated with pure polyster coat of any shade as approved by GE (vii) Window shall have provision for installation of window AC/Desert Cooler and provn of window glass shutter, wire mesh, grill and necessary fittings and locking arrangement for subject portion will be modified as per ground requirement during the execution as per direction of Engr-in-charge. (viii) Window shall be installed with silicone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
