Certain repair to roof treatment and connected items under AOR of AGE B/R-I under GE (East) Ferozepur Cantt

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer laid on roof jointed & pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Demolition/taking out mud from the roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leaping etc including removing rubbish upto 500 mtr from the site complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per mfg instr over the padding concrete while still the concrete is still green, complete all as specified & directed (For roof treatment)

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface including parapet wall comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications form bottom to top:- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by torced application complete all as specified. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be 75mm length wise and 100 mm width wise of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions. (iii) The whole works shall be executed by the authorised company applicator.

M&L for two coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified.

M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in neat cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles,complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding complete all as specified.

Racking out of cement joints/pointing of bricks work or brick tiles laid flat in floor surface,chanels,roofs etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Flush pointing to brick tiles / tarracing tiles laid flat on roofs in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specifide.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in c:m 1:6 all as specifide.

All as per srl item No 11 here-in-before but using old bricks retrieved from dismantling under ser item 10 here-in-before including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks etc complete all as specifide.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified

Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, bed blocks,back filling in chowkhats, benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor topping ,for tank stage, 40mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L hard core of broken bricks, broken to gauge n exc 63 mm complete all as specified

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing, 15mm bore alongwith connections fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified

All as per item No 21 here-in-before but 20 mm bore tubing.

M&L for GI steel water tubing, 15mm bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and celling or laid in floor, trenches complete all as specified.

All as per item No 23 here-in-before but size 20 mm bore tubing.

Fixing only,after cleaning old steel water tubing,15 mm bore and connections in new or old position using new fittings complete all as specified.(pipes obtained from item 21 to be reused).

All as per item No 25 here-in-before but 20 mm bore (pipes obtained from item 22 to be reused).

S&F in repair gunmetal gate valve of 20mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified as directed.

S&F in repair 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and including dismantaling all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and including dismantling all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks 500 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes( any size or pattern),including all fittings heads shoes bends swan-necks etc all as specified and directed

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified as directed.

All as per item No-34 but except pipe complete all as specified as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified as directed.
