Road Safety Work of NH-135C in Forest Portion from Ch. 84.600 to 85.290, Ch. 85.750 to 86.950, Ch. 87.210 to 87.360 and Ch. 105.000 to 105.170 in the State of Uttar Pradesh for the financial year 2026-27

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 for levling coat.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and laying cut stone on road or shoulders with 25x15x10cm size dressed cut stone ove WMM surface including providing average 3cm thick stone dust for leveling cost and joint filling with coarse sand and 5% Bitumen mix including all cost of Labour, Fuel wood, T&P etc equired for proper completion of the work (including cost of cut stone, stone dust, coarse sand and bitumen)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 310 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing
