Providing & fixing double steel scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of the building/structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement at site, made with 40mm dia MS tube, placed 1.5mtr c/c(Maximum), horizantal & vertical MS tubes jointed with cup & lock system in the scaffolding for working platform etc amd maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work and removing it thereafter. the scaffolding system shall be stiffned with bracings, runners, connecting with building etc wherever required to ensure safety of workmen all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- 1. Area derived by multiplying the outer most external perimeter and height of the building /structure shall be measured for payment. 2. The payment shall be made only once after completion of all external items of work w.r.t the building/structure. 3. After completion of the work the material of the scaffolding shall be the property of the contractor and required to be removed from the site.

Material & Labour preparation and complete removal of existing treatment for applying Two or more coats of acrylic emulsion paint of Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied on old plastered surfaces of walls complete as mentioned in SSR all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Rendering 20mm thick in two layer of 10mm each on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixing with integral water proofing compound (WPC) @ of 3% of cement and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) over cleaned, brushed by wire brush and washed by water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.
