M&L Earthing in replacement complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick,40mm bore medium grade (steel pipe) buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GI, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I ( 2009 ) incl GI light grade 40 mm dia pipe for protectionof eartth rod and 20 mm dia medium grade for watering,and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note : Rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding incl 50 M RCC covers slab and PCC chamber etc.

S&F in replacement 3-layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipe SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings, floors or in trenches etc of size 25 mm OD complete all as specified and directed. Make : SFMC or equivalent in approved by E-in-C

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr. Above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing and M & L for ABC stored pressure type Fire Extinguisher of 6 Kgs capacity , fitted with discharge controlled valve ( Squeeze grip type ) CE marked and pressure gauge , fitted with mono ammonium phosphate powder as per EN 3 615 approval , with discharge hose and open nozzle and supplied complete with intial charge as per IS : 15683 with ISI mark and wall bracket . Fire Rating 4A , 55 B .

Taking down existing and M & L for Dry Chemical Powder type Fire Extinguisher of 25 kgs capacity , mounted on Trolley , fitted with gunmetal union cap assembly , inside CO2 gas catridge of 300 gms as per IS : 4947 with ISI mark and powder as per IS : 4308 with ISI mark , with discharge hose and applicator and supplied complete with intial charge as per IS : 10658 with ISI mark .

Taking down existing and M & L for Water CO2 type Fire Extinguisher of 9 Litre capacity , fitted with discharge control valve ( squeeze grip type ) , inside CO2 gas catridge of 60 gms as per IS : 4947 with ISI mark , with discharge hose and open nozzle and supplied complete with intial charge as per IS : 15683 with ISI mark and wall bracket . Fore Rating 3A .

M&L for site clearance, surface dressing, area cleaning of Substation/Pump house premises, uprooting of tiny trees, bushes, beeds, grass, elephant grass, removing poly bags, brick bats, stone pavels and other debris and removing to a distance not exc 50 mtr complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and placing First - aid box made of soft wood of size 200mm x 300mm x 150 mm deep complete with stapple hinges and painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of primer complete with one set of First Aid medicines( Burnol,Antibiotic Ointment, Adhesive Bandages Pain Relivers) all as directed.

S&F in replacement Glowsign board of Size 3000x 1500 with flexible sheet cover including tube light 1x20 including Writing name of the pump house with complete fixing arrangment with suitable clamps/pipe supports etc including Internal Wiring with 1 Sqmm Copper wire complete all as specified & Directed

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in position to all surfaces for pump sets complete including base frames , Suction and discharge pipe lines, sluice valves , NRV , LT Panel Board etc writing of SM/MES No. neat and clean, visible size of letters and all as specified.

M&L for taking down carefully old UNSV aluminium point wiring with wooden batten /concealed and all accessories of(light, fan, socket or power) such as switches socket ceiling rose, fan regulators, light fitting, main switches DB’s etc and making good disturb surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with cable PVC insulated but unsheathed, 1.5 Sqmm, stranded copper conductor in and including PVC conduit duly concealed continuous earthing with cable PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor cable for earth continuity wire and MS box including laminated top sheet cover,washer & screw all as specified and directed for One light/Call bell point controlled by one, one way switch.
