CERTAIN REPAIR/MAINTENANCE WORK OF SOUTHERN RUNWAY AND LINKS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN GWALIOR

M&L for application of 2nd coat of Polymer modified emulsion (PME - RW) as final coat on flexible pavement of runway/links by mechanical sprayer equipped with pressure distributor in which 30 to 40% quantity of total mix (Water : PME) shall be used after 4 to 6 hrs of application of 1st coat. The work will be carried out by manufacturer's applicators or authorized applicators complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note 1 :- PME shall be measured and paid separately. Note 2 :- The quoted rate includes carrying out skid resistance test (SRT) after application of final coat as per periodicity in accordance with IS/Standard engineering practices.

Supply only Polymer Modified Emulsion (PME - RW) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of flexible / rigid pavement of any description and in any position by means of machanical methed including cutting by machine of existing edges / boundary of any thikness and removing the material exc. 5 km but not exc. 8 km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick dry lean concrete of compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa at 7 days . Min cement content should not be less than 140 Kg/Cum complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick layer of sand including watering rolling over DLC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 400 micron HDPE sheet virgin quality having min weight 390 gm persqm over sand layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pavement quality concrete using crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural sength of 45 Kg/Sq Cm and characteristic compressive strength 40 N/Sqmm in pavement using non circular/triangular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement used laid to level, gradient and camber including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Non circular / trinagular fibre shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only.

Supply only polyester non-circular/traingular fibres 12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing of concrete pavements by belting and brooming without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 10mm wide and 25mm deep, primed and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 10mm (excluding 2 to 3 mm recess at top) primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendeations, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction/dummy joint 08mm wide and 100mm deep, primed and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 10mm primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations, 3mm wide saw cut upto 60 mm depth complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of grass, shrubs, vegetation of any type & height with mechanically/manually means upto ground level including scrapping and making the runway shoulder area neat and clean by removing/ throwing the rubbish to a distance not less than 500 mtrs complete all as specified and directed
