Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters :

Providing and fixing unplasticised P.V.C. connection pipe with PTMT Nuts, collar and bush of approved quality and colour.

Providing manual assistance for attending petty day-to-day maintenance services related to Plumbing / Carpentary/ Masonary as & when required i/c all required T&P and scaffolding etc. (Note: Minimum time shall be reckoned as half day even if the time required for doing the job is less than half a day.

Repairing of wooden door/ window frames and shutters with part replacement of wood work wherever required after taking out the shutter i/c cost of wood replaced as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, repair at each location of shutter shall be treated as one job).

Providing Spandle for repairing of piller cock wherever required.

P/F MS bracket 40x40x5mm of size 40 cm. for fixing of wash basin and making good the same.

Replacing damaged G.I. Jali in Jali doors/windows i/c cost of material & labour all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of chockage of floor/nahani trap, Ptrap, rain water pipe G.I. Supply lines & sanitary / drainage pipe lines etc. complete as per direction of E.-in-C.

Cartage of welding machine from shop to site and sending back from site to shop including hire charges all complete as per directions of the Engr. In charge.

Repairing of Aluminium door/ window frame and shutter with required cleat screws after taking out the shutter i/c cost of labour etc. all complete as per direction of E-in-C.

Uprooting and cutting plants grown on the walls of buildings i/c dismentling brick work wherever required and making the same good complete as per directios of the Engineer in Charge.

Deduct for crediting to the contractor old unserviceable material obtained after dismantentling,

a) PVC stop cock, bib cock, pillar cock,cistern, PVC water tanks etc.

b) damaged Flush door shutter
