Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

Re-lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providi8ng and fixing 15 mm thick desnified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level,suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet,1200 mm long spaced between main'T' at 600 mm centre to centre to form grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross'T' of length 600 mm size 24x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick(minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600mm,resting on periphery walls/partition on a perimeterwall angle pre-coated steel of size (24x24x3000)mm made of 0.40 mm thick(minimum) sheet with the help of raw plugs at 450 mm centre to centre......

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end). 25 mm nominal bore.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work. 25 mm dia nominal bore.
