Collection of hard broken stone of size 13 mm to 38 mm from blasted boulder free from dust and dirt and foreign materials including stacking at quarry site, complete as directed.

Collection of one man size 25 cm to 30 cm hard river boulder including stacking in measurable stacks of not more than 1.00 M height at quarry site and making payment of forest royalty etc, complete as directed.

Carriage of boulders, gravels, metal screening, stacking in measurable stacks at site, complete as directed A) For Normal Road upto 25.00 KM

Labour charge for spreading hard river gravel/broken stone of size 13mm to 38mm to the required thickness including ramming, dressing the seat before laying the materials as directed with lead up to 30m & lift upto 1.5m complete as directed.

Labour charge for pitching with one man size boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to proper size and slope, pitching etc. with local carriage of boulders from a distance of 60 M with lift upto 3 M, complete as directed.

Construction of 1.00 M square boulder sausage including supplying of materials with 25 cm to 30 cm size boulders collecting from a lead of 25 KM encased in 15 cm mesh of 8G hexagonal wire netting and filling the voids between the boulders with stone not exceeding 18 cm in size tied with 8G galvanized tying wire at 30 cm apart, laid in position as directed including necessary local carriage of materials, paying necessary forest royalty including providing 1 (one) no. of jati bamboo horizontal runner along the top of the sausage with vertical bhaluka bamboo post 1.20 M apart driven at least 0.60 M below ground and tying with sausage etc, all complete as directed. 2.APPROACH ROAD(For 2 Points)

Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layer not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat at embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M complete as directed. 125 mm thick 1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar in prop 1:4 including racking out joints curing etc. complete as directed.

12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing complete as directed. b) In cement mortar 1:4

.65 mm thick traced flooring with cement concrete in proportion 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm over one 1st class brick flat soling including sand packing of the voids in between the bricks, watering, ramming properly where necessary etc. complete and 12 mm thick cement plastering. Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using MS circular hollow section conforming to relevant I.S. code, as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed. (b) Using other ISI marked approved circular hollow section

Providing galvanized C.I. sheet roofing including supplying fitting and fixing necessary galved, screws / iron "J" hooks bolts and nuts and washers etc. complete as directed including cost of roof truss (measurement on net roof area) 0.63 mm thickness (24 B.W.G).

Providing 0.63 mm thick glaved ridging including suplying and fixing with necessary glaved. Screw washer etc. (23 cm lapping).

Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Code-1038 joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, peg stays of 300mm long etc. complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red-lead paint.

Distempering two coats including painting two coats to batten with approved paint complete as directed.

PROCUREMENT OF PUMP SETS AND INSTALLATION TESTING AND COMMISSIONINGPRIMING SYSTEM(For 2 Points)

Centrifugal pump set with 60/70 LPS minimum discharge at 10.35 Mtrs Head working efficiently at head range (7.62-13.71) Mtrs coupled with 20Hp induction Motor, Pump, Motpr, Starter should be of repited brand and as per IS specification.

Electric motor driven vacuum pump set, water ring type mounted on common base frame and coupled by means of flexible coupling capable of handling minimum 14 litre of free air per second (0.084 cubic metre per minute) and to produce minimum vacuum of 600 mm of mercury (approx.) coupled with 3 HP, 440/ 400 V, 3 ph, 50 cycle induction motor. The pump should have specific suction & delivery provided with vacuum gauge complete. Vacuum Pump set & Starter should be of reputed brand and as per IS Specification.

Installation of Centrifugal Pump set (Horizontal Split casing type, size: 150 mm(suction) x 125 mm dia. (delivery) of 60 LPS minimum discharge at 13.00 Mt head coupled with 3 ph, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM squirrel cage induction motor of 20 HP complete set. The job includes necessary transportation of pump set to the site and installation of C.C. block foundation in proper position with accurate alignment by means of foundation nuts and bolts complete with all works.

Fitting, fixing and laying of G.I. Pipes with Accessories:Laying, fitting, fixing and connection of suction pipe line for each pump set with 150mm dia. G.I. pipes of different length, fabricated G.I. pipes with different length, fabricated bends, tapper including foot valve for suction side. Reflex valve, sluice valve for delivery side of each pump set with 125mm dia. G.I. pipes with different length, bends, fabricated G.I. pipes with different length as per drawing. The joints should be with the best quality pipe joining sets of required size comprises of 60mm thick black moulded rubber gasket, necessary nuts, bolts and washer. Every joint should be leak proof and should be completed in all respect from foot valve to the pump flange for suction side and fr4om delivery flange is the water flow through at proper F.S.L for the delivery side. The pipes lines with accessories must be proper painting.

Providing, fitting , fixing and erection of pipe supports for each pipeline at on interval of 3.00 Mtr. (approx) made of M.S. channel (ISMC 75) 1.50 Mtr. height with angle bracing erected on CC block of size 0.45mX0.30mX0.60m below ground.

Installation of Electric driven Vacuum pump set water type mounted on common base frame and coupled with flexible coupling capable of handling minimum 2.20 Lt of air/sec and to reduce minimum vacuum of 600 mm of Hg pressure with 5 to3 HP, 440V,3ph,50Hz induction motor set with starter (Amp range-7.5A) mounted on common base frame on suited C.C. base foundation bolts of required size. Also installation and connection of wall mounting type sub panel board ( readymade sheet enclosure with make)suitable for the motor of vacuum with necessary frame and clamps and fitted with the components, 1) MCB (3 ph,415 V,50 Hz,25 KVA, 16 Amp) 2) Voltmeter (0-500 V) 4) Electro switch for Voltmeter 3) Ammeter (0-25 Amp) 5) Induction lamp (R-Y-B) The job should be included connection of the components with the motor through the starter with best quality PVC insulation sheeted copper conduction cable of appropriate gauge.

Supply and compressing of graphite greased gland packing of reputed quality as required quantity around the rotating shaft of the pump set against the gland pressure plate to form a water tight seal and adjusting with the help of gland nut in order to accommodate continuous operation .

1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc.including racking out joints and curing etc. complete. (In proportion 1:4)

Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying, complete as directed

Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works, complete as directed. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).

RCC work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestals, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:1½:3 with hard broken stone aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm with proper reinforcement as per design including necessary curing, dewatering etc. complete as directed with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. CC work in proportion 1:1½:3 with hard broken river stone aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm including curing, dewatering with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Supplying , fitting and fixing galvanised barbed wire fencing with seven strands of barbedwire 12 S. W. G .x 2plies x 4 points at 75mm apart with angle iron intermediate fencing posts not more than 1800mm apart and straining and end post etc. as necessary to be fitted with straining eye bolts and staples etc.complete as directed, specification of the angle iron post as given below. a) Intermediate post 35mm x35mm x5mm x1800mm long bottom torched and duly slotted. b) Straining post 65mm x 65mm x 6mm x 1820mm long with 2 stays of 35mmx35mmx1520mm long and 3 base plates 200mm x 200mm x 5mm, duly slotted to take eye bolts etc. c) Corner posts 65mm x 65mm x 6mm x1820mm long with 2 stays of 35mm x 35mm x 5mm x 1 670 mm and 3 base plates 200mm x 200mm x 5mm,duly slotted to take eye bolts etc. d) Straining or end posts 65mmx 65mm x 6mmx 1820mm long with 1 stays of 35mm x35mm x 5mmx 1820 mm long with base plates 200mmx 200mm x 5mm, duly slotted to take eye bolts etc.(All the angle iron posts to be embeded 600mm in C.C.pillars of size 300mmx300mmx600mm in prop.1: 3: 6 and one coat of anticorrosive ready mixed painting to all iron works) including excavation of foundation trenches for C.C. blocks and refilling and removal of surplus soil after completion of works.

Supplying fitting and fixing M.S.angles, M.S. flat, M.S. bolts and nuts including painting with red lead paint one coat complete as directed.

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 40mm x 40mm x 6mm M.S. angle and with M.S. flat of 40mm x 6mm size as per approved design.Necessary locking arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2nos.( minimum) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in C.C brick pillers as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified.(Separate payment will be made for posts).

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture(two coats)and ofrequired shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including priming coat of white primer after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

CONSTRUCTION OF SIGN BOARD(For 2 Points)

Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed
