Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2) size clean hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6) thick to the required level ramming, watering and Curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all Royalty, DMF, EMF and Additional Charges and all labour with T and P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge. Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T and P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing weep holes in abutments and wing walls using 10 CM dia AC pipes including metal spall backing in rear side etccomplete including centering and shuttering if required, with cost, conveyance of all materials, labour with T and P, Cess, required for the work and as per direction of EIC.

20mm (3/4) thick grading plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over roof slab after chipping and chiseling the same and cleaning surface by wire brushing laid to proper slope finsihed smooth to receive tarfelt tratment watering and curing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T and P and Cessrequired for the work with alland Royalty, DMF, EMF and Additional Charges etc, complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 4 Cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) for leveling course on top of wall using 12mmsize HG chips with Cement punning and one coat of bitumen pointing including hoisting lowering and laying concrete, watering and curing for four weeks with cost conveyanceRoyalty, DMF, EMF and Additional Charges of all materials with all labour, Cess and T and P etc. complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
