Providing and applying primmer coat with bitumin emultion ( CSS-I) on prepared surcafe of granular base / WBM / WMM including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per T.S. Clause 502. (i) Low porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumin emultion (CRS-I) using emultion distributor at the rate of 0.25Kg/sqm to 0.30 Kg/sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminious surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect.
