REPAIRS TO DAMAGE RCC STRUCTURAL MEMBER, EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL PLASTER WORK, FLOOR/WALL TILING AND OTHER MISC WORK IN MES INSTALLATION UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (NW) NAVY NAGAR, COLABA, MUMBAI

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including disposal of debris out side the MoD land etc complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean raddius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings or chajjas (FRP or any other pattern) complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in and making good to facings of brick/concrete/stone walling where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

M&L for filleting in any position and to any shape of section area exc 25 sq cm but n.exc 50 Sq cm in cement sand mortar 1:3 by complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing 10 mm dia 100 mm long dash through fasteners bolts fixed in concrete or brick work to hold brackets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) 110mm bore pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with dash through fastners and rain water bracket suitable for 110mm pipe spacing 1.5m C/C as per CE (Navy) Mumbai TD No TD/2023/01 . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC HDPE 40mm bore pipes in any length with including elbows,bends etc fixed to wall with fastners at suitable spacing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.
