Taking out / removing old water proofing treatment and cleaning the surface of slab and clearing with wire brushes, removing dust, fungus, moss small plants etc from the slab and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on RCC roof slab mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to receive water proofing treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :-Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L water proofing treatment over RCC slab by applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.25 kg/Sqm and providing and laying 3 mm thick APP (Atactic Poly Propylene) bitumen membrane modified water proofing polymetric membrane with 100mm side and end lap having weight not less than 3.50kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester reinforced matt weighing not less than 160gms/sqm polyester core having soften point not less than 1500C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650N/5cm, by torching method and applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm on membrane surfaces complete including carrying out 24 hrs ponding test complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Tenderer shall get the work of waterproofing treatment to RCC roof slab through manufacturer or through their approved applicator only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles , 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors set and jointed with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement with pigment to match with the shade of tiles and laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surface 600x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the shade of tiles including 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 as in backing coat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for polished digital ceramic tiles 8-9 mm thick any shade, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles & laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

S&F 20mm thick Granite (of any type) Slab machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and laid over and including 15mm screed bed of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for 20-25mm thick Machine cut cudappa stone slab as in jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, and like laid over & including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab rubbing , polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as under and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Baths/ WCs/ Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust etc. (b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar along with fiber mesh (“ Dr fixit” Pidicrete URP” or equivalent make given under list of Makes. (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with “Dr Fixit Bath seal Tape” and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout “Dr Fixit Bath seal Grout” or complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating “Dr Fixit Bath seal Plus” or equivalent make given under list of Makes. On all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely. (e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K” or equivalent make given under list of Makes. can be further applied right upto 2.1 m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion shall be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete M-5 grade (Nominal Mix) under sunken floor . (g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF, etc.

The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50. (Make: PIDILITE or equivalent make given under list of makes) complete all as specified and directed and M&L for fixing packer for hydrophobic PU foam and Sealer as per manufacturers instruction .

M&L for the tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferably of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner as approved by GE, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent make as approve by GE, curing, cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per the sample done at ground level.
