Supply, install, testing and commissioning of transformer platform/plinth mounted of capacity 315 KVA step down, Energy Efficiency Level 2, outdoor type 11.0/0.433 KV, 50 Hz, AC double wound core type, copper wound, oil immersed type, naturally air cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HT side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN 11 (vector group - 4) with off-load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage +/- 7.5% in equal steps of 2.5% as per IS – 1180 (Part-I) - 2014. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil upto appropriate level all as per IS-335 complete all as specified and as directed comprising with and incl the following specifications :- Make : ABB/Siemens/Volt Amp Vadodara/Bharat Bijlee/CG/BHEL/Esennar Transformer

(a) 01 No cable end box on HT side consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods, nuts, washers and cable glands suitable for reception of HT 11000 V grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cables incl glands complete. (b) 01 No cable end box on LT side consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods, nuts, washers and cable glands suitable for reception of LT 1100 V grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cables incl glands complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Explosion vent with double diaphragm and sight glass. (e) Thermometer pocket. (f) Two earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm GI strip etc. (g) 01 No thermometer dial type, vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120'C with maxm temperature indicator, re-setting device and marked maxm temp reading point. (h) Rating plate with terminal marking plate.

(j) Oil level gauge. (k) Oil drain filter valve. (l) Oil filling port on top cover with plug. (m) Air release valve / plug. (n) 04 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (r) Silica gel breather without / with connecting pipes, first fill of dehydrating agent. (s) Cover lifting eyes. NOTE: (i) Design / drawing / BOM of the Transformer showing the dimensions is to be obtained from OEM / Auth Supplier & is to be got approved from the GE & Engr-In-Charge before placing final order to the manufacturer. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of Factory Inspection/Testing of the Transformer before dispatch by an E/M Officer nominated by the Accepting Officer. (iii) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of silent built in within an acoustic enclosure diesel engine driven generating set water cooled including customized AMF panel for standby power supply 415 volts, 03 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles/sec, 100 KVA (80.0 KW) at 0.8 power factor perfectly suitable for outdoor mounting (open to air) at an altitude of 1850.0 Mtr above MSL (Mean Sea Level) and suitable for starting at a temperature of - 3 degree C complete with alternator directly coupled to diesel engine, mounted on common base frame andself starter, fuel tank capacity not less than 08 hours fuel requirement & battery as per OEM, battery leads, sound proof canopy, cold starting kit (L3 Kit in case of KOEL) or techno-commercially equivalent etc. & confirming to latest CPCB norms with features for automatic shutdown in the event of a circuit failure condition arising from low lube oil pressure, high engine temperature, over/under speed etc. with & including Microprocessor based genset controller with the following undermentioned features & all as specified & as directed :

IMPORTANT NOTES : (i) Design/drawing/BOM of the AMF panel & DG SET showing the dimensions is to be obtained from DG SET/Panel board manufacturer/Auth supplier & is to be got approved from GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. (ii) The electrical connection of digital Multi Functional Meter in the AMF panel is to be done from load side so that monitoring of various parameters viz. Voltage, Current, KW, KVA, power factor, frequency etc. can be done for both SEB mains & DG mains. (iii) The cost of periodical/routine servicing including minor repairs/replacement such as topping up of coolant, engine/lube oil, diesel as well as lube-oil filters including periodical checking of the complete DG set & AMF panel for the complete defect liability period from the authorized Service Dealer as & when required/due is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iv) The complete installation, commissioning & testing of the DG Set & AMF Panel is to be got done from the OEM or their auth Rep/Sister Concern/Channel Partners only. (v) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the DG Set & AMF Panel is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vi) Necessary PCC foundation/plinth shall be as per the recommendations of OEM & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 Hrs test run at site as specified in the PS in presence of rep of Accepting Officer, all testing arrangements / equipments, resistive load including POL shall be made available by the contractor. (viii) The approximate distance between the DG Set & the AMF Panel shall be within 20 Mtrs & the cost of control cabling etc. from DG Set to the AMF Panel is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

M & L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr (B.G.L.) and connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron including PCC pit & cover with suitable handle, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with suitable funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Item Nos 3 & 4 : On completion of the complete work/job the Contr is to perform earth resistance tests for each earthing job in the presence of the Engr-In-Charge or his rep & submit test certificates duly signed & certified. If the test results are not satisfactory or not within the permissible limits of relevant Standards/IS then the job is to be redone without any extra cost to the Dept till the results are satisfactory.

S & F 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip as earth continuity conductor incl connection complete with the help of chromium plated washers, nuts etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade on walls, floors under ducts/culverts, trenches etc. for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and as directed. Make : TATA/JINDAL/PRAKASH.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches / through GI pipe / fixed along with pole structure etc with all fixing & connecting accessories complete all as specified & as directed. Make : HAVELLS/GLOSTER/POLYCAB. Note : Necessary earthwork, PCC etc. shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of work.

Make : HAVELLS/GLOSTER/POLYCAB. Note : Necessary earthwork, PCC etc. shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of work.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for OUTDOOR termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Denson/Raychen/3M

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for transformer platform / plinth etc. & finishing the surface even & smooth with using extra cement incl necessary formwork and white wash complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for GI pipe light grade with all running fittings (ISI Marked), laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/crossing drain/nallah etc. of bore 80 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wherever GI Protection pipes are to be placed/fitted above earths surface, cost of necessary clamping/fixing arrangements to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing sand cushioning for protection of UG cable in trenches with Coarse River Sand/ Riddled Earth of approved quality as approved in writing by GE including filling, spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class "B" bricks in trenches for protection of UG Cable with width equal to length of bricks, laid dry & flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting the existing hardstanding /PCC / WBM road at a depth of not less than 75 cm & 30 cm in width for passing of HT cables through GI pipes, returning filling in, complete incl finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) with 20 mm graded aggregate upto 20 cm, finishing to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item Nos 15 & 20 : Any damages made to the existing services of MES/WCB/TNEB/Other Depts like HT/LT UG cables, Water Supply/Sewage Pipe lines, OFC/BSNL/ITRC/Signal communication cables etc. during the excavation/road cuting etc. progress of the work shall be made good with proper jointing kits etc. as per original to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge & GE & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. Decision of the AO shall be final & binding in this matter.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm in trenches for protection of UG Cable with width equal to length of PCC cover, laid dry & flat complete all as specified & as directed. Make : Mehtab/Lucky Cement Block Works/Sukhi Enterprises or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of LT control panel board "out-door type" of size 1200 mm (height) x 1200 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.0 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) complete all as specified & as directed with & incl the following accessories : [Main 315 KVA Transformer Panel]

BUS-BAR & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS : The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos high grade Aluminium 700 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized "F" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc. PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY : The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming & out-going cables with the help of glands matching the existing LT cable sizes. M & L for shifting of 100 KVA Transformer from Production Dept Sub-Stn to any Sub-Stn under the AOR of GE DSSC using Hydra/Crane/JCB etc. by disconnecting the electrical connections from existing location & making electrical connections incl commissioning of the 100 KVA Tr at new/changed location & making good the disturbed/damaged surfaces etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for mild steel work for posts, purlins, rafter etc. including necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. & similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in platform / floor complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of gang operated device (GOD), tripple pole, current rating 400 Amps, HT 11 KV vertical, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism operated from ground with and including jumper connections with suitable size & type ACSR conductor along with PVC pipe covering with colour code between main supply and GOD complete all as specified and as directed. S & F danger notice plate of size 25 x 20cm of 1.6mm thick mild-steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventioinal skull and bones in signal-red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT conforming to IS-2551 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for surface sub-main wiring alongwith earth wire of size of 2 x 4.0 sq. mm + 1 x 4.0 sq. mm earth wire, ISI marked, FRLS, PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including non- metallic rigid PVC medium grade Casing-capping and accessories ISI marked of appropriate size/thickness on walls/other surface etc. incl making good the disturbed surfaces as per original/ existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) The Air Conditioner shall be initial filled / charged with refrigerant of specified quantity & the refrigerant to be used shall be Non-CFC type & as per the latest technology. (ii) The cost of additional refrigerant pipes required (if any) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iii) Suitable piping of adequate length & size for drainage of condensate water from indoor unit shall be provided & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iv) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the AC is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.
