Earth work excavation for foundation in all types of soils and sub soils including soft disintegrated rock and soft rock to the full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting, including necessary string, strutting, shuttering, bailing or pumping out sub soil water, removal of slush wherever necessary and also including refilling the sides of foundations with excavated soil in lavers of 15 cm. thick, well rammed and consolidated depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with all leads and lifts and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with the standard specifications, drawings and as directed

Earth work excavation in M.R & DMR (Not requiring blasting ) earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2 m in medium rock and Dense Medium Rock etc. complete complying with the standard specifications

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight course aggregate) using hard broken granite stone jelly of 40 mm gauge for foundation levelling course, including shuttering, dewatering wherever necessary and laid I layers of not more than 15cm thick complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed

Supplying and erecting in the position of centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports for plinth beam and Drainage sides using mild steel sheet of 90 cm x 60 cm and or suitable size stiffened with welded-mild steel angle of size 2mmx25mmx3 mm etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed the departmental officer TNDSS NO: 30&86

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting straightening cutting, bending, cranking binding welding etc. Including cost of binding wire MS.chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers TNDSS NO: 86 .

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) -Footing, Plinth beam, Tie beam/Lintel, Ground Floor Roof beam, salbs, Sloped roof beam and slabs.30 V, VI (S5) VII & 13

Supply and Fixing of 15mm thick Bitumen Pad including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per stand specification.
