Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering as per H.P. PWD. specification including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five milimeters) nominal size) Mechanically mixed and vibrated for plain/reinforced concrete and curing complete in open foundations and plinths for all type of structure including the cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position in seconed class teak wood wood as per H.P.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing 35 mm Second class teak wood panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge as per H.P.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing 40x5 mm (forty into five milimeters) flat iron hold fast 40cm (forty centimeters) Long including fixing to frame with 10mm (ten milimeters) diameter bolts & nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm. (thirty into ten into fifteen centimeters) 1:3:6 ( one cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimeters) nominal size) as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per HP.PWD. specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing Second class teak wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized mild steel wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 for door, windows and clear story windows with hinges and necessary screws 35mm (thirty five millimeter) thick Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood as per HP.PWD specification 1990 volume-I, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door Single rubber stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete as per HP.PWD.
