S&F Factory Made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter 30mm thick, consisting of frame made out of Mild Steel Tube of 19 Gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for Stiles and 15mm x 15mm for Top & Bottom Rails. Mild Steel Frame shall have a coat of Steel Primer of Approved Make and Manufacturer. Mild Steel Frame shall be covered with 5.0mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' Channel of size 30 x 50mm forming Stiles and 5.0mm thick, 75mm wide PVC Sheets For Top Rail, Lock Rail & Bottom Rail on either side, and 10mm (5.0mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide Cross PVC Sheet as gap insert for Top Rail, Lock Rail & Bottom Rail. M&L for applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusting steel reinforcement bar as per manufacturer's specification and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by wire brush & sand/emery paper (after 24 hours of application of rust remover) and cleaning the area thoroughly by water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry and making the reinforcement bar totally rust free (for any storey/ height of building/ structure) complete all as specified and as directed.
